Visualization practices are so incredible in that they align our energy to the life that we so desperately want to live.

Visualization practices are something that you can use throughout your journey as a way to set the tone for your intentions.

They help you to align with your feelings and the picture in your mind and help you take aligned action.

So without further ado let's go ahead and get started in this visualization meditation that will help you to align with your heart's deepest desires.

Go ahead and close your eyes down.

For this one you can either lay down or find a comfortable seat,

Whichever makes you feel more relaxed.

Begin by relaxing in the body allowing it to melt down.

Take an inhale in through the nose and exhale out.

Go ahead and take your left hand and place it on the heart and the right hand and place it on your belly.

This helps with your connection.

The belly is a feeling like our gut feelings.

This is where our gut instincts come from.

This is where we nourish ourselves and this is where we decide to take action and bring it out into the world.

And then our heart space is where we want to move from.

What do we want to align to?

What is in our heart?

What do we want to bring forward?

So just go ahead and breathe and feel into those two points the belly and the heart.

This hand placement is also like giving yourself a nice warm hug.

A way of telling your body I'm listening.

I'm here for you.

Continue to breathe here.

I want you to picture yourself on a boat or on a ship let's say.

You're standing at the edge of the ship and you're ready to be lowered down onto a smaller boat into the water below.

Go ahead and hop on your smaller boat and as you watch the suspension cords take you down I want you to feel a little bit more relaxed.

Inhale in.

The suspension cords lower just a bit.

And exhale.

Feeling more relaxed now.

Inhale in.

The suspension cords continue to lower down slowly.

You begin to feel your body melting more into the surface beneath you.

Letting go of the tension in your shoulders.

Inhale in.

Exhale.

You're about halfway down now.

Feeling fully and completely relaxed.

Inhale in.

About three-fourths of the way down you're really tuning into your breath now.

You're almost feeling totally immersed with the area and space around you.

Almost forgetting where your body begins and ends and where the space begins and ends.

And exhale.

You're now released on the water below.

Don't worry the water is calm.

You unlatch the hooks of the suspension cords.

You grab your rows and you begin to go your own direction.

You heard of a place that's not too far from where you currently are although there's nothing in sight around you just open ocean.

You begin to dream of this wonderful place that you will arrive to.

Your life there is everything that you've wanted and more.

Everything that you've pictured for yourself exists there in that space.

What first comes to mind?

Is it the scenery of the place?

Is it where you live?

Is it who you'll be surrounded by?

Is it how you'll feel?

Go ahead and just tap into what immediately comes up for you and breathe.

Feel into this.

Begin to create a visual picture in your mind and expand on that picture.

Start creating little details.

What do you do on your day?

On your daily activities?

What does an average day look like for you?

Go ahead and breathe in like you've just taken your fresh first morning breath.

You're opening your eyes in your new atmosphere,

In the new place.

How do you feel and what's around you?

You crawl out of bed and put your two feet on the floor,

Stretch your arms up.

You put your hands on your heart because you're so grateful to live where and how you live in that moment.

And what happens next?

You are the creator of your own story.

I won't impose with my ideas about what you should do next.

Go ahead and create your day.

Walk yourself through step by step what it looks like to be you.

I'll go ahead and give you two minutes here and I'll check back in with you when the two minutes is over.

The end of your day in your new life is emerging.

How do you choose to wind down?

Are you spending it with people that you love?

Are you taking time to nourish yourself with self-care?

Are you cozying up in your new comfortable bed?

Are you doing your amazing skincare routine?

What does it look like?

If you haven't already,

Go ahead and climb into your bed in your new life.

Pull up the covers,

Close down your eyes,

Put your hands on your heart and reflect on the day.

Think of how grateful you are to be able to live this life.

Think about how far you come and how hard you've worked for this.

Return to your boat in the ocean and know that you are very much on your way there.

The path is not long but it does take you continuing to row forward in that direction.

When you're ready,

Begin to come back to your body in this present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Breathe in and breathe out.

Go ahead and give yourself a moment of gratitude for being here for yourself,

For believing in your own dreams and the possibility of them coming true.

You are your life's greatest creator.

When you're ready,

You can go ahead and open your eyes and return to your day.

Have a blessed day and thank you for joining.

I'll see you next time.
