In our mindfulness session today, we will explore the importance of recognizing and meeting our own needs. We begin by reflecting on a challenging situation and identifying what we needed at that time. We then shift our focus to our current needs, intentionally letting go of distractions and societal pressures. Finally, we consider our capacity to meet those needs and extend compassion and self-care to ourselves.
