Hello friend,

Welcome to our meditation time together.

I invite you to get comfortable.

Make sure your room and your bed are ready for sleep.

These moments are for you.

It is your gift to yourself.

Wherever you are,

Allow yourself to be comfortable.

When you are ready,

You can close your eyes,

If that is comfortable for you,

So that you can begin to relax.

As we begin,

We will take three deep breaths in.

Let's breathe in for the count of three,

One,

Two,

And three.

Now hold for three,

One,

Two,

And three,

And release for the count of three,

One,

Two,

And three.

We will continue this two more times at your own pace.

You will breathe in for the count of three,

Hold for three,

And then release for three counts.

With each breath you gift your body,

You breathe in relaxation.

Continue to gift your body with each deep breath in,

And each breath out.

Allow that breath to bring relaxation into your body,

And tension out your arms,

Wrists and fingers.

Imagine breathing out through the top of your head.

Now imagine that in these moments you are free of worry and tension.

You have nothing to do,

Nowhere to go.

Be in this moment now.

Be aware of any tension you may have,

Any thoughts or mental talk,

And know that you can return to them in a clearer presence later.

Right now,

This time is for you.

You are with your breath now.

Tonight,

As you relax and prepare for a deep and wonderful sleep,

You will release any feelings of overwhelming you may be carrying.

As you relax into your breathing,

Beginning to feel tension letting go in your body,

Start to picture your heart center.

Imagine that a white light emanates from your heart.

Breathe in for three,

Hold for three,

And release for three.

The white light grows and expands,

And you can see it flowing through your body,

Expanding through your torso,

Down your legs,

And into your feet.

Your toes may wiggle as you feel the light fill them and then move out and beyond.

Your body may start to feel warmer as this light cascades within you.

You smile at this light and feel it get warmer as it reaches beyond you into the space of light that always is.

Breathing in,

Holding and releasing,

Moving your hands out into the light space connecting with your body.

You look around,

And all you see is light.

A beautiful white light,

It seems,

Fills you up and eases any tension you may have.

You can feel your shoulders settle.

Your jaw and face slowly take in this beautiful light,

And your face relax.

As you look around,

You realize that the light is limitless,

That the light is both holding you and within you.

You are amazed at the feeling of your energy within the flow of this light's greater energy.

In this moment,

You become aware that without pushing,

Holding,

Or working to make this space,

You just have to let go and let be.

Breathe in,

Hold,

And release.

Enjoy this space.

Feel,

Move,

Breathe,

And be as you wish in this time and space you are part of.

Know that all things are light,

You are light,

And there is always a greater energy waiting to channel through you.

There is an endless supply of connection beyond and within yourself.

Breathing in for three,

Holding for three,

And releasing for three.

You are loved and connected to all things.

Breathing in and releasing.

You are more than your greatest fears.

Breathing in and releasing.

You are safe.

You are connected.

Breathing in and releasing.

You are drifting gently into a restorative sleep.

Sleep well,

My friend.
