Gut meditation.
Our bodies can communicate so much to us if we just listen.
Use this meditation to check in with your head,
Your heart,
And your gut to assess any situations that you might need clarity for in the moment.
Take these first few moments to settle into the space that you're in.
Try and get comfortable whether you are lying down or sitting upright.
You may close your eyes if that feels good to you,
Or gaze softly at a spot in front of you.
Before we begin,
Take a few deep breaths.
Release any tension that you're holding in.
Maybe lower your shoulders down,
Inviting them to relax,
And ground yourself in onto the space holding you up.
Now that we've settled in,
Start with focusing on your mind.
What's going on in your head?
Take these next few moments to reflect on what's coming up for you.
There's no need to engage with these thoughts or change anything.
Just notice and observe them for what they are.

Now let's drop the focus down to your heart.
If it feels right,
Place your hand on your heart to feel more connected to this space.
What feelings are coming up for you?
Are any intentions populating in your heart that are giving you any kind of direction?
What do you care for in this moment?
What are you valuing?
This is the time to truly listen to your heart.
We will now bring the spotlight of attention to our gut.
If it feels right to you,
You can place your hand on your abdomen to help you further connect with your intuition.
Take these next few moments to notice any hunches or discernments that are pulling at your attention.
What are they telling you?
See if you can open up to any concerns that your gut might be bringing to the surface.
Now that we've spent time focusing on these sources of inner wisdom,
Use the knowledge that you've collected to bring together in harmony and create clarity and understanding about the situation that you are experiencing.
Explore what just has unfolded for you.
Use these last few moments to breathe in clarity and understanding and exhale any confusion and tension that might still be lingering.
As this meditation comes to a close,
Gently open your eyes back into the space that you are in and reorient yourself.
If it feels good,
Maybe pull your shoulders up to your ears and roll them back behind you,
Taking a more dignified posture so that way you can take this clarity and alignment with you to the next moments of your day.
