Welcome to Day 12 of 30 Days of Gratitude.

Today we return to the quiet power of your focus.

This is the gift that shapes your entire experience.

What you choose to give your attention to grows.

So let's begin.

Close your eyes.

Take a long,

Full breath in through your nose.

Hold for a moment.

And gently exhale through your mouth.

Let yourself settle.

Let the day begin to quiet inside you.

Now shift your awareness first to your breath.

Now to the sound behind your breath.

And now to your body.

This is focus.

This is your power to choose what you notice.

I invite you to say this now.

My attention is sacred.

I direct my focus with intention.

Notice how those words feel in your body.

Say them again,

But this time slower.

I direct my focus with intention.

Now visualize your mind like a window.

Outside there's noise,

There's distraction,

There's motion.

But you have the power to close the window.

To turn inward.

To choose.

Take a breath here.

Breathe in clarity.

And breathe out noise.

Let's repeat the affirmation again and anchor it into your body.

My attention is sacred.

My focus is powerful.

I am choosing where my energy flows.

Now feel into a moment recently where your attention felt scattered.

Can you return to it now,

Lovingly?

Gently bring your focus back to this breath.

This moment.

This frequency of presence.

Take a minute now in stillness.

Let your mind settle in gratitude for its own precision.

Inhale with devotion.

And exhale with clarity.

Let your focus guide you through the rest of this day.

Where your attention goes,

Your life flows.

Tomorrow we give thanks for the mind's permission to rest.
