If you're facing uncertainty right now,

Let's take a few moments to ground ourselves in this moment,

Where peace can still be found,

Even when the future feels unclear.

Gently close your eyes,

And take a deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling your lungs fill with air.

Hold it for just a moment,

And then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tightness or unease you might be carrying.

Allow your breath to find its natural rhythm,

And steady.

With each inhale,

Imagine bringing in calm and steadiness.

With each exhale,

Let go of the need to control what's uncertain.

Let this moment be one of release.

Now,

Bring your attention to your body.

Notice any areas where you might be holding tension,

Perhaps in your shoulders,

Your chest,

Or your stomach.

Simply observe without judgment.

Breathe into these areas,

And with each exhale,

Allow them to soften,

To relax just a little more.

It's natural to feel discomfort in the face of uncertainty,

But right now,

Remind yourself that in this moment,

You are safe.

You don't need to have all the answers right now.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to settle into the present,

Trusting that this moment is enough.

As you continue to breathe,

Let's gently acknowledge the unknown.

You don't have to solve it or predict what's coming,

Just recognize it.

Imagine the uncertainty as a cloud passing in the sky above you.

You can see it,

Acknowledge it,

But you don't need to hold onto it.

Breathe in calm.

Now,

Silently remind yourself,

I am capable of navigating the unknown.

I am capable of handling anything that comes next.

Let these words settle in your heart,

Grounding you in your own strength.

Even without answers,

You can trust yourself to handle whatever comes.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Feel the tension and worry start to melt away.

Slowly open your eyes.

Carry this sense of calm with you,

Knowing that you can return to this place of steadiness whenever uncertainty feels overwhelming.
