There's A Little Wheel

This folk song is an African-American spiritual. It is interesting to note that the word “chakra” in Sanskrit, which refers to the energy centers of the body, means wheel. This speaks to the universality of energy and this song sweetly celebrates the important connection to the heart center. We are beings of movement and creation. Connect to the wheel within your heart to remember the sacred innocence within you and within all of humanity.
