Kassandra Mollé | The Calm Lab

Kassandra is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, and Harvard-certified wellness coach specializing in nervous system regulation and somatic healing. She is the founder of The Calm Lab, a nervous system education brand grounded in polyvagal theory that helps people shift out of chronic fight or flight and into genuine rest and regulation. After losing her husband and navigating grief, single motherhood, and the always-on demands of running a business while raising two children, Kassandra found her way back to safety through movement, breath, and the body-based practices she now teaches. What began as personal survival became a professional mission — to make nervous system science accessible, non-performative, and genuinely useful for real life. Her work draws on the research of Dr. Stephen Porges, Bessel van der Kolk, Deb Dana, and Peter Levine, and is woven through with the lived experience of someone who has done this work from the inside out. Kassandra's guided practices include vagal toning yoga nidra, somatic breathwork, body scan meditations, and nervous system reset sequences — all designed to speak directly to the body in the language it actually understands. She believes that a regulated nervous system is not a luxury. It is the foundation of everything. Breathe. Move. Learn.
