A guided meditation to help you connect lovingly to your pelvic region, with a particular focus on your womb and ovaries. I invite you to truly feel your body's 'yes' to touch and guide you through an energetic exploration of your belly and your feminine organs. This meditation helps you release any old emotions and feelings that you no longer need to carry with you and develop an open awareness of your womb space.

This is a seated meditation so make sure you find a quiet spot where you won't be disturbed and then find a comfortable position on the floor or on a cushion.

And as you sit down you feel a connection to the earth,

To the floor.

You feel it in your feet,

Your butt touching the cushion or the floor.

See if you can really sink into that feeling as if you're letting gravity do its work,

Pulling you down.

You can even imagine that there is a root growing out,

Out of your perineum,

Out of the soles of your feet into the floor.

It's going deep,

Deep into the earth.

You can even follow it with your attention.

You see that root going down,

Maybe creating little side roots as it expands in the earth.

And notice the different layers of the earth that your root traverses.

So there is soil,

Feel that ground feeling of soil.

Maybe you encounter some water as well,

The fresh ground water underneath the surface of the earth.

And there is bubbles of air as well,

So see how your root pierces these bubbles and finds the air in the earth.

And it grows even deeper down and encounters magma,

The hot liquid in the earth.

And you keep growing and expanding that root so it becomes a dense network and you're so,

So connected to that grounding power of the earth.

And your root grows all the way into the center of the earth,

The crystal core.

You can even imagine it tightening itself around that core so you're fully fed up to the earth.

And as you sit here you can bring the warm earth energy through that root into your body on an inhalation.

And on an exhalation you let go.

And on the next inhalation again you bring that warm grounding energy from the earth into your body through your root.

And on an exhalation you just relax,

Surrender.

You keep breathing in this manner,

Bringing in the warm earth energy on your inhalations.

And on the exhalations you can also start letting go within you.

Feeling as if the earth,

As if the pool of gravity takes with it everything that no longer serves you.

Keep breathing,

Keep that connection to the earth.

Breathing in the energy and breathing out,

Letting go.

Breathing out,

Letting go.

And on the release you may notice that there are sensations or emotions.

You notice them and then you let go.

This is not a time for analysis,

This is a time for just being.

And you repeat that two more times,

So breathing in on the inhalation and letting go on the exhalation.

Breathing in that warm earth energy and letting go,

Surrendering to the earth.

And then you shift your attention to the crown of your head,

As if there is a flower blossoming on the top of your head.

And through that flower you open to the heavens,

To the universe.

You can bring your attention upwards and upwards and upwards,

Maybe even going back to that first moment in time,

First creation of the universe.

And through this connection you can also start bringing in the light energy from the universe,

From the heavens into your body,

Starting with your head.

So you open your flower and you let the light shine in.

And it doesn't have to be very big or far,

Just see what feels good.

You feel that light entering your skull and you just let it be,

Let it fill your body.

You keep working with your breath,

So on an inhalation you let new waves of light enter your skull,

Your body.

And on an exhalation you just let that light energy flow through you.

On an inhalation you bring more light into your skull,

Into your head,

Your throat,

Your shoulders,

Not an exhalation,

You let it circulate.

You can also experiment with that earth energy that's still in your system,

So see how the two energies meet,

The light meeting the earth and your body,

Maybe somewhere around your heart space.

And feel what balance feels good for you,

If you need a bit more earth energy you bring more earth energy into your body.

And if the light energy feels good,

You open your flower a little bit more,

Let more light come in,

Let it fill your system.

And as we sit here,

Grounded,

Connected to the higher powers,

We focus our attention to the pelvic region.

You can even bring your hands to your belly,

Your lower belly,

So creating an inverted triangle with your fingertips touching your pubic bone,

Your thumbs meeting at your navel or belly button,

And the palms of your hand reaching for your hip bones.

I feel if it's okay for your body to receive this touch,

Be very aware of your pelvic region.

You can experiment maybe bringing your hands a little bit up,

Letting them hover a bit over your body.

And feeling,

Is my belly ready to receive touch?

Where does the energy field of my belly begin?

Can I sense that with that feeling of my hands?

And when I'm at the energetic outer space,

Do I receive a yes from my body?

Is my body okay?

Can I touch it?

And if you feel that yes,

You can put your hands down,

If you don't feel the yes,

And stay with your attention to that energetic field around your belly.

But wherever your hands are placed,

Use them to really feel into your belly.

You can even breathe towards your hands to create a bit of space.

And we're going on a bit of an exploration journey here.

Exploring the different areas of your belly,

Seeing what it feels like to connect with all your attention,

All your awareness.

So first see if you can locate your womb,

Your uterus.

Just locate it behind your fingertips,

Behind the pubic bone.

Even if you no longer have a womb,

You can connect to that energetic presence that is still there.

And see if you can feel with your fingertips what it feels like in this space.

Can you feel the presence of your womb?

Can you connect with her?

And what does her energy feel like?

It can help to really describe it to yourself,

So seeing is this energy really dense or fluid?

Very small or do I feel like a very big powerful presence here?

Are there images that appear or colors or feelings?

Be really aware.

Or maybe there is a feeling that you can describe in more detail,

Like it's like there is a warm ball of light in my belly or maybe a cold soft ball of ice.

It feels like pressure,

Just see whatever word describes your experience.

And also feel what it feels like for you to connect to this region.

Maybe there is curiosity or pleasure,

But maybe it's so foreign to you,

So unfamiliar,

You feel awkward or just very uncomfortable.

Maybe just witness,

Witness whatever arises.

As I said this is an exploration journey,

No judgement.

Can you direct your breath to your womb?

See if with every exhalation you can create a little bit of space,

A little bit of room for your womb.

And then we focus your attention on your left ovary.

That's located on the midline,

The line that your fingertips make with your hand palms and in the middle of that line you'll find your ovaries.

It can also be the place where you feel cramps when you have your period or ovulation.

So see if you can really feel into that ovary.

What does it feel like to connect with that left ovary?

What does the energy feel like here?

And again you try to describe it to yourself,

So warm or cold,

Fluid or very solid.

Is it a big presence or hardly noticeable at all?

Are there any words or images or feelings associated with this left ovary?

And if there are you just see,

You just witness what arises.

See it and breathe with it.

And then we shift our attention to the right ovary,

Located on the other side of your belly,

Again on that midline,

On the line between your fingertips and the palms of your hand.

See if you can sense into that right ovary and keep a beginner's mind so it might be that the sensation here is completely different than on the other side of your body.

What does the energy feel like on this side,

In this ovary?

How does it feel to connect with this place?

And could you describe in words what it feels like here?

What does it feel like in your right ovary?

And again you use your breath to create a bit of space in your belly,

In your ovaries.

On your inhalation you breathe to your hands,

To your ovaries and on your exhalation you just let go a little bit.

You keep repeating this for a couple of breaths.

Breathing space into your belly.

Releasing whatever needs to be released,

Letting go.

And then as a final step I'd like to ask you to tune into your feelings,

Your emotions and see if there is a particular feeling that arises when you connect to your belly in this manner.

What is your general feeling about your womb,

About your ovaries?

No judgement here,

Just pure witnessing.

Can I feel grateful for my body or do I feel resentful because it's not working the way I want it to,

Because it's causing me pain or grief?

The way you connect to that feeling,

That emotion,

I want you to connect to your heart as well.

And from your heart you send love,

Love to your belly.

So whatever your judgements are,

Whatever your thoughts are about your belly,

Just see them and hold them with love,

With compassion for yourself.

And just notice if that changes the quality of the energy in your belly.

How does it feel to send love to your belly?

And as a final step you put your hands on your heart,

Stay with that feeling of love.

Feeling how there is so much warmth within you,

If you can just open the walls of your heart a little bit.

And as you sit here connected to your heart you start bringing back in your root out of the earth,

Into your body.

You do the same with your flower,

So you close it up again.

Keep it open a little bit if you want,

But bring your energy back to yourself.

You can stay with that feeling of love when you come out of the meditation and you start moving again,

When you open your eyes and know that you can take this with you into your day,

Into your week,

Into your life.

Oh.
