This guided meditation helps women who are longing to get pregnant connect to the mother within. I invite you to tune in to your heart and womb. Grounded in a feeling of love, I ask you to visualize yourself as a mother and to fully experience what that feels like. I guide you to put out an invitation to your future child or children - from a place of receptiveness and surrender.

So make sure you're seated or lying down in a place where you won't be disturbed for the next 15 minutes.

And we're going to connect to the mother within you.

The mother that's open,

That's inviting a child into this world,

Into her life.

And for starters you can rub your hands together,

Quickly,

Quickly so you feel that nice warm energy glowing in your hand palms.

And then when your hands are nice and warm you bring one hand to your heart and one hand to your lower belly but let them hover over your skin.

Let them connect to the energy of your body first.

And see if you can already feel your heart,

If you can already feel your womb low in your belly behind your pelvic bone.

And connect to their energies.

Can you feel that love in your heart as you hold your hand over your heart and can you connect to your womb?

And there's no judgment here so if it's hard to connect to either one of these places you just notice that.

And then you keep your hand there,

You keep feeling.

And then feel if your body is ready to be touched.

If you can feel a yes.

Can you feel a yes in your heart?

Is it okay for you to place your hand on your skin?

And can you feel a yes in your lower belly?

If your body is ready to be touched you can place your hands on your body but if you feel resistance then the practice for you is to stay with that resistance and breathe with it.

Not push through but respect your body's boundaries and keep your hands hovering over that energetic field.

It won't change the meditation.

And so with your hands on or near your heart and your womb we're first going to breathe into the heart.

So with every inhalation you breathe into your heart space.

And with every exhalation you create a little bit of opening.

And it doesn't have to be very big.

Even if you can open just one percent,

That's perfect.

And feel if you can feel that warmth of your hand,

How it enters your heart on the inhalation and the exhalation it allows you to open,

To relax,

To surrender.

And again if that's difficult for you,

You just notice it and you keep breathing.

Keep being with the sensations in your body.

And you can turn that in-breath into a feeling of love.

So on the inhalation you breathe love into your heart,

Into your heart space.

And on the exhalation you allow that love to settle in your chest.

Can you feel your chest warming up from the inside,

Filled with love?

Can you feel the spaciousness that arises,

That you can create?

And from that feeling of love we now shift our attention to your womb.

So you can start breathing to your other hand,

The hand that's on your lower belly,

On your pubic bone.

And again on the inhalation you send all of your awareness to that hand and on the exhalation you create a little bit of space.

You may notice a difference,

Maybe it's easier to connect to your womb or maybe it's more difficult.

You see that and you keep breathing.

And here your in-breath can also become love.

So on every in-breath,

On every inhalation you bring love to that hand,

To your womb.

And on your exhalation you let it settle in your lower belly,

Feeling the loving connection to your womb.

You make that bigger and bigger so your belly starts to burn with a fire,

A fire of love,

A bright light.

It can be so bright that it burns away anything that you're carrying here,

Anything that you're ready to let go of.

Any pain,

Memories,

Traumas,

Just let them burn away with your breath and with love.

And as you sit here or lay here connected to your heart and your womb,

We're now going to connect these two places with the breath.

So on an inhalation you bring the energy up from your womb to your heart and on an exhalation you send the love in your heart down to your womb.

You keep repeating this,

So on an inhalation you bring that womb energy to your heart and on an exhalation you let go and you send that love energy back into your womb.

And in this manner you prepare your body for pregnancy for a child with love.

And notice if you can do this without forcing yourself,

So just letting the energy flow,

Let it happen on your breath and surrender to the experience.

Feel if there's one movement you can make to just relax,

Even if it's just one percent,

Just relax a little bit more.

And now I want you to visualize yourself as a mother.

Just see what image arises.

Maybe you see yourself playing with a child,

Your child.

Maybe you're holding a baby in your arms.

Maybe you see yourself at a kitchen table surrounded by children.

Just see what image comes to mind.

And I want you to make that image as detailed as possible.

What does your skin feel like when you picture yourself as a mother?

What does it smell like?

Can you smell your child or your children or the food on the table?

Do you hear any sound?

And what do they sound like?

And how does it feel in your body to be with your child or your children?

Maybe there's sadness now,

Because this is something you want so badly.

Can you go under that sadness and feel the longing,

The love,

The love that's within you?

Will you stay with that feeling,

The feeling of love,

The feeling of all you have to offer as a mother?

Can you zoom into that and feel there's so much warmth in me,

So much support?

I would be an amazing mother because.

.

.

And just see which words arise.

I would be an amazing mother because I would give everything that I have within me.

I would be an amazing mother because I would take care of this child or these children to the best of my ability.

I am ready,

Ready to become a mother.

Feel into that longing,

Feel into that love you have for your future child or children.

And it might be that other emotions arise,

Maybe you feel fear or sadness or anger.

Do you witness that?

You can also ask yourself what's the thought here?

What am I afraid of?

What am I angry about?

Why am I so sad?

You can take that information with you out of this meditation and see if that's something you want to meditate on or if that's something you need to process.

But don't stay with it for too long,

Don't get into over-analytical thinking,

Just witness it and then see,

Oh yeah,

But underneath that fear,

Underneath that anger,

There's the longing,

There's the love,

There's the desire to become a mother.

And that's going to be your anchor for this meditation.

So see if you can locate that place in your body where you feel that longing.

You can even place your hands there and breathe with it.

I am longing to become a mother.

Where do you feel that in your body?

I am longing to become a mother.

I am longing to become a mother.

And we end this meditation with an invitation,

An invitation to your future child or children,

In the form of a promise.

See what feels fitting for you and you can say out loud or quietly,

I promise that if you come to me,

I will.

Only you fill it in,

What is it that you would promise your child or your future children?

What is it that you have to offer?

Only you let it go.

There's no forcing a pregnancy,

There's only putting the invitation out there.

Making sure that you're connected to the mother within you and opening up to whatever wants to come your way.

We end this meditation with our hands together in a pose of gratitude,

A gratitude for life.

You can remain in this position for however long feels good.

When you're ready you just open your eyes and calmly come out.

See what feels enjoy and lockassed from us.
