A parting gift from Michael Brown's presence process,
Consciously approaching vibrational awareness.
When we are complete with our experiential journey through the presence process,
We may ask what now?
In answer to this question,
Allow me to share a daily practice I call consciously approaching vibrational awareness.
To discover the consequences of applying this practice,
It's recommended we commence each day with the practice.
It's a simple,
Practical means of aligning ourselves with the causal point of all life,
The vibrational current flowing through ourselves and all manifestations we call creation.
The vibrational tool offered here isn't religious or spiritual,
Rather it's a perceptual approach that honors the manner in which our human experience flows outwardly from its unified source.
Through its daily application,
We train our capacities to follow the natural flow of our awareness back into our source.
Engaging in this practice daily is a means of remaining causal in all our inner and outer activities.
When consistently applied,
The consequences of wielding this perceptual tool are self-evident,
Experienced as noticeable perceptual shifts in our daily experience.
Sit comfortably,
Cross-legged or on a chair,
With your back straight but relaxed.
Make sure you aren't cold.
Keep your eyes closed for the entire practice.
We're going to connect our breathing for 15 minutes as per the presence process.
This means breathing in and out without any long gap or pause between breaths.
Breathe intensely enough to clearly hear your own breathing.
Preferably breathe in and out through your nose only.
But if your nose is blocked,
Breathe in and out only through your mouth.
In sync with the connected breathing,
Mentally repeat the expression,
I am here now in this.
I during the in-breath,
Am during the out-breath.
Here during the in-breath,
Now during the out-breath.
In during the in-breath,
This during the out-breath.
Let's breathe together for 15 minutes until we hear the singing bowl chime.
I am here now in this.
I am here now in this.
I am here now in this.
Inhale as deeply as possible through your mouth,
Filling your lungs to capacity.
Then hold this breath to the count of 20,
Or less if this is too much.
Release your breath through your mouth.
And again,
Repeat this intake,
Holding and counting to 20,
Followed by an out-breath three times.
Now,
Take your attention off your breathing and allow it to rest at the point your awareness resides when you are present with eyes closed.
This inner point,
Slightly above and between the physical eyes,
Is the eye centre.
While at rest within the eye centre,
Mentally repeat,
I am here now in this,
Until you hear the singing bowl chime.
When you become aware that your attention has wandered away from the words you were repeating into other unconsciously generated thoughts,
Gently bring your attention back and continue the deliberate repetition.
I am here now in this.
Become aware of the two distinct places awareness is able to reside during this practice.
Present in deliberate repetition at the eye centre,
And wandering unconsciously away from the eye centre into the dream state called thinking,
About past and future.
Don't be concerned about this unconscious wandering.
Simply observe it,
Be with it,
Unconditionally.
I am here now in this.
Continue bringing your attention back to the eye centre until you hear the singing bowl chime.
Cease all mental repetition.
Using felt perception,
Become aware of all sensations that arise in and around your body,
No matter how it's perceived.
This felt experience is an encounter with the vibrational field.
Sit with this felt experience of the vibrational field for a few moments.
Cease conscious feeling of the overall vibrational field and focus only on listening.
First,
Listen for a few moments to whatever sounds are heard within the world.
Listen to these sounds without condition.
Listen to them as if audibly receiving them,
As if you are now a receiver of these audio vibrations.
Allow yourself to perceive all these outer sounds,
No matter what they are,
As being emitted by the one unified causal point of all that is,
As if all these accumulated outer sounds make up God talking.
Gently withdraw your awareness from these outer sounds and allow it to once again rest at the point of inner presence,
The eye centre.
This time,
While residing at the eye centre,
Listen for sounds that come from within.
Whatever is heard is valid.
If nothing is heard,
Listen to this nothingness.
While listening to these sounds or the nothingness,
Make sure your attention remains at the eye centre.
When you become aware that your attention has wandered away from listening at the eye centre,
Into following unconsciously generated thoughts or external sounds,
Gently bring it back and continue listening.
Become aware of the two distinct places attention is able to reside during this practice,
Present in deliberate listening at the eye centre and wandering unconsciously away from the eye centre in the dream state called thinking,
About past and future.
Don't be concerned about this unconscious wandering,
But simply observe it,
Be with it unconditionally.
Listen inwardly for about five minutes until you hear the singing bull chime.
This state of listening,
Of being a receiver,
Is vibrational contemplation.
Listening is how the heart initially feels the resonance of the vibrational.
Once we are listening to any inner sound or to the nothingness,
We are at the doorway of our inner portal into vibrational awareness.
Whatever occurs beyond this point is ours to contain.
The efficiency of this practice isn't in what we hear inwardly,
But in our capacity to remain in a state of listening.
This state of listening,
Of consciously being a receiver,
Empowers us to become open to receive all we require for our daily encounters directly from our unified source.
As our capacity to listen evolves,
So also does our capacity to receive.
This vibrational practice isn't about perfection,
But about full participation in our human experience from a causal point of view.
Don't try.
Relax into it and enjoy the inevitable consequences.
Effortlessness comes from effortlessness.
May this practice eternally bless you and all you love with all you require.
