Hi loved one and welcome to these affirmations for setting boundaries.

Melody Beatty stated,

Boundaries emerge from deep within.

They are connected to letting go of guilt and shame and to changing our beliefs about what we deserve.

As our thinking about this becomes clearer,

So will our boundaries.

Boundaries are also connected to a higher timing than our own.

We'll set a limit when we're ready and not a moment before.

So will others.

There's something magical about reaching that point of becoming ready to set a limit.

We know we mean what we say.

Others take us seriously too.

Things change not because we're controlling others but because we've changed.

My hope is that the following affirmations give you strength and fortitude to set the boundaries necessary for you to live the life of your dreams.

As I've personally learned,

It's in setting boundaries and building the confidence to do so that I've found more freedom.

So when you're ready,

Whether you're driving,

Laying down,

In your car,

Getting ready for the day,

Let's take a few deep breaths in to just anchor ourselves and create fertile ground for receiving the mantras to come.

Take a deep breath in,

Pushing down any walls that may be holding you back from receiving the words to come.

Exhale out,

Knowing you are safe to do so in this time and space.

When you're ready,

Feel free to repeat these silently or out loud.

Repeat all or one,

Whatever feels right.

I am allowed to say no to others and yes to myself.

I say no without feeling guilty.

I say no without feeling guilty.

I respect my time and energy.

It is okay for me to take care of my own needs.

I deserve to be treated with respect.

My feelings and thoughts are valid.

I am allowed to change my mind.

I can choose who and what I allow into my life.

I do not need to justify my decisions.

I am in control of my life.

I protect my peace.

I am allowed to move past things and people that no longer bring positivity into my life.

I am confident in my ability to set healthy boundaries.

I am worthy of space and freedom.

I am proud of my strength.

I am proud of my strength.

I value my emotional,

Physical,

And mental health.

I am not responsible for other people's happiness.

I will not let anyone manipulate my boundaries.

I surround myself with positive influences.

I am in charge of how I feel.

And today,

I am choosing happiness.

I am proud of myself for coming this far.

I am allowed to express my needs and wants.

I am strong and capable of setting any and all boundaries needed for my peace.

I distance myself from harmful and toxic situations.

I am deserving of respect in all my relationships.

I trust my intuition and act accordingly.

I communicate my boundaries clearly.

I am not afraid to express myself.

I stand up for myself,

My feelings,

And my needs.

Every boundary set creates a healthier and happier life for myself.

I honor my well-being and happiness.

I disconnect from people who disrespect my boundaries.

I am deserving of personal space and privacy.

I am strong enough to enforce my boundaries.

I have the power to leave any situation that doesn't serve me.

I am confident and secure in creating boundaries.

My boundaries reflect my values and love for myself.

I deserve to have my boundaries respected.

I choose to associate with those who respect my boundaries.

I honor the boundaries of others.

My boundaries promote my peace and growth.

I am proud of myself for making choices that are emotionally healthy for me.

And when you're ready,

Take a deep breath in,

Letting all of those affirmations infuse your being a little bit more.

The time comes,

Exhale out,

Releasing anything that might get in the way of doing so.

Thank you for joining me for these affirmations.

Play them before going into a situation where maybe it's been more difficult for you to set boundaries in the past.

Play them when you need that extra boost of confidence of knowing that you are capable and worthy of having your boundaries set and met.

With gratitude for you taking this journey with me and me with you.
