I invite you to join us in this space here,

In this sacred space.

This is a pop-up temple.

It's your temple space,

Your sacred space for you.

Okay,

So let's take that moment here to just pause,

Pause,

Arrive,

And really be present in this space,

In this moment.

And gently allowing your body to start to settle,

To start to relax.

Just be aware of how you're feeling in your body as well.

Are you feeling any stiffness anywhere?

There might be areas where you feel particularly free today.

You might notice that your shoulders feel freer than they did yesterday.

Okay,

Just witnessing,

Be the witness of your body.

And then be the witness of your breath as well.

How are you breathing?

Just taking that time just to connect with your breath and with your body.

We're not trying to change anything.

We are just saying hello,

I see you,

I feel you.

And if it feels right for you,

Just maybe start to extend your breath,

The length of your breath,

The length of your breath in,

The length of your breath out.

Just extending that,

Taking this time out for you,

For your journey,

For your sacredness,

To connect with your soul,

Your guides,

Your helpers,

Your ancestors.

You may feel as you breathe out that you want to allow some sounds to leave your lungs.

And as those sounds leave your lungs,

Just visualize letting go of any energy that is no longer serving you.

And as you breathe in,

Visualize beautiful light,

Whatever color comes to you.

Just visualize that color sparkly,

Light,

Bright.

And as you breathe out,

Light,

Bright,

The freshness and the newness as you breathe in,

Going to every cell in your body.

And as you breathe out,

Just releasing,

Letting go of any stale energy,

Any stale chi,

That you don't need and that's not serving you in this moment now.

Allowing your shoulders to relax,

Your jaw,

Unclench your jaw if it's clenched,

Your fingers nice and relaxed,

Your feet,

Your toes,

Your legs,

All the way up your spine,

Over the top of your head,

And then all the way down the front of your body.

Just allowing your body to settle,

To relax.

Just allowing your body to settle,

To relax.

And if it feels right for you,

Placing your hands just below your belly button,

On top of each other,

Over your sacred center,

Your sacred space,

Below our dantien,

Breathing into that space.

So feeling your hands expand as you breathe in,

And fall as you breathe out.

Feeling the warmth of your hands on your belly,

Allowing yourself to be centered,

To be calm,

And knowing that you're safe in this space,

You're safe in this moment.

Visualizing yourself like a beautiful tree,

Feeling the strength of that tree,

Maybe it's the gentleness of the tree,

Feeling grounded and rooted to the earth.

Visualizing yourself as a beautiful tree,

Visualizing your feet and your legs like the roots of the tree,

Core of your body as the trunk of the tree,

And your head and neck as the beautiful branches and leaves.

Allowing your body to relax further,

Taking a few nice breaths in and out,

Allowing yourself gently to come back to this space here,

Feeling nice and calm and relaxed.

Lovely meditation. But the end bell not so much. No drifting in to sleep but waking up instead.
