Join me in a meditation to start the week - we all work, be it for ourselves or for others; at times letting go of the weekend and starting the working week can be a challenge. This meditation helps me to make that transition and is a tool I use, at times to set me up for the start of the week. In this session, we'll find comfort and grounding, releasing any lingering stress or tension. Through mindful breathing and affirmations, we'll cultivate a state of presence and relaxation, preparing our minds and hearts for the opportunities and growth the new week brings. Embrace this moment of clarity and positivity as you set intentions for a balanced, productive, and fulfilling week ahead. You are ready, you are capable, and you are enough. Good morning,

Good evening,

Good afternoon,

Wherever you may be,

Whatever you may be doing,

Hello.

Welcome to this guided meditation to help you transition smoothly from the weekend into the working week.

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down,

And let's begin.

Let's take a moment to ground and center ourselves.

Let's start by taking a deep breath in,

Filling our lungs full of air and slowly exhaling,

Releasing any tension,

Any stress.

Allow yourself to settle into the present moment.

Allow yourself to settle into the now.

Allow yourself to let go.

Allow yourself to release any cold thoughts,

Any distractions.

Bring your attention to your breath.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest as you inhale and exhale.

Allow your breath to guide you into a state of relaxation and presence.

Breathe in through your nostrils and exhale through your mouth.

In and out,

In and out,

In and out.

And as you inhale,

Say to yourself,

I am here,

And as you exhale,

Say to yourself,

I am present.

I am here,

I am present.

I am here,

I am present.

I am here,

I am present.

Allow this to send to yourself.

Keep repeating this to yourself.

I am here,

I am present.

I am here,

I am present.

I am here,

I am present.

I am here,

I am present.

And as we center ourselves,

Let's begin to reflect on the weekend that has passed.

Acknowledge the experiences and moments of joy,

The relaxation,

The connection,

The rejuvenation that you felt over the weekend.

Let go of any lingering attachments or worries that you have for the week ahead.

Allow yourself to fully embrace this present moment.

Focus on all the fullness.

Focus on all the clarity.

Focus on all the moments of authenticity.

Now let's shift our focus towards the upcoming working week.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Release any tension,

Resistance you may be feeling towards the week ahead.

Any concerns,

Any nervousness,

Any apprehension.

Embrace a mindset of openness and positivity as you prepare to embark on a new week of growth and opportunity.

Now repeat after me,

Either silently to yourself or out loud.

I am ready to embrace the moments of growth and opportunity the working week will present.

I will approach my week with focus,

Clarity and determination.

I am capable of handling any obstacles that come my way.

I bring my unique skills and talents to every task I undertake.

I will create a harmonious and productive work environment for myself and my colleagues.

I am grateful for the opportunities my work provides for personal and professional growth.

I will maintain a healthy work-life balance,

Nurturing both my career and my personal well-being.

I trust in my abilities and have confidence in my decisions.

I am deserving of success and fulfilment in my work.

I am competent.

I am capable.

I am ready to be present and focused on the week.

I will approach each day with a sense of purpose and enthusiasm.

Now see yourself changed,

Wearing your work outfit,

Whatever that may be,

Walking into work and stepping into the new week with confidence and positivity.

See yourself accomplishing your tasks with ease,

Feeling a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction as you progress towards your goals.

Every day,

Allocating your time and ticking off that to-do list,

One point at a time.

Take a moment to express gratitude for the work that you do and the opportunities that lie ahead.

Appreciate the growth and learning that the working week brings,

Knowing that each experience contributes to your growth and development.

And now,

As we come to the end of this meditation,

Bring your attention back to your breath and take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Say to yourself,

I am complete,

I am whole,

I am happy,

I am ready,

I am enough,

Because you are.

Now slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes and take a moment to ground yourself before continuing with your day.

Carry the affirmations and positive intentions with you as you navigate the week ahead,

Knowing that you are prepared and capable of creating a fulfilling and successful week.

Have a great week ahead of you.
