Take the time you need to arrive.
Begin by settling in,
Finding a comfortable spot seated or lying down.
Feel the ground underneath you,
The earth holding you,
Supporting you.
Now close your eyes or relax your gaze and let's begin.
Take a deep inhale,
Fill up your lungs,
Hold and exhale.
One more time,
Deep breath,
Hold and let it go.
Last one,
Deep breath in,
Expand,
Fill up,
Hold and soften.
Begin to feel the sensation of your breath in your body like a gentle wave.
Inhaling,
Filling you up and exhaling,
Softening.
Focus on the space just underneath your nose,
Maybe noticing the cool air coming in,
Warm air leaving.
Breathing in,
Feel your breath.
Breathing out,
Feel your exhale.
Be one with your breath,
Your body,
This moment.
Continue to go deeper and connect to your body through this breath.
On a breath in,
Silently say to yourself,
I know I'm breathing in.
On a breath out,
I know I'm breathing out.
I know I'm breathing in.
I know I'm breathing out.
And keep going like this for a few moments.
Slowly begin to come back to your body in this present moment.
Wiggle your toes,
Your fingers,
Move your neck side to side.
Return.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Take one big,
Deep breath in and let it go.
Remember,
You can access peace at any moment by just returning to your breath.
