Whether we want to or not,

Living on a planet Earth,

We develop an ego.

For some,

It is dormant.

For some,

It is highly active.

And some have learned to release it,

Resulting in living without fear,

Anger,

Or anxiety-based emotions.

Living in a present moment with a focused mind,

Using its full capacity,

Only while solving problems,

Attaining tasks,

Or being constructive.

At all other times,

Letting our thoughts go and being present as much as it is possible.

Keeping the space of mind unoccupied and empty from the racing thoughts.

Hello,

Beautiful soul.

Welcome to this Presence Meditation.

Get comfortable.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

Breathe in.

Noticing your breath.

Becoming mindful of it.

Taking your awareness inwards.

Bringing your full attention inwards.

Feeling the inside of you.

The areas of tension and discomfort.

Keep your concentration on the body.

On the vessel of your soul.

Your inner self only.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

If your attention travels to the mind again.

Presenting thoughts and evoking emotions.

Gently guide your awareness back to the body,

To the sacred temple of your being.

While holding your attention within yourself,

Notice how it feels.

Observe it.

Does it feel soft,

Content,

Vibrant,

Tense or uncomfortable?

Acknowledge the sensation.

No matter how it feels,

Don't analyze it or attach to the feeling.

Don't try to label it or understand it.

Keeping this vibration elevated,

Without any interference of your thoughts.

Just notice it,

Feel it and observe it.

If your mind goes back to thinking,

Be vigilant.

Catch yourself,

Release the thought and without any judgment,

Gently move your awareness back to your body again.

Back to your inner self.

Breathe in.

Stay within yourself.

Keep your concentration on the feeling only.

Notice if there is any pain or tension areas.

Go through your body and find them one by one.

Begin by scanning your head,

Your neck.

Gently move your focus inside your chest and your upper back.

Keep moving through your upper and lower abdomen areas.

Go into your pelvis.

Continue shifting your attention to the hips,

Your thighs,

Your knees and your calves.

Moving all the way into your feet,

The bottom of your feet,

Ending in your toes.

Breathe in and breathe out any tension or discomfort points and sit with them for a brief moment,

Keeping your attention here.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Continue staying in your body,

Feeling all the pain points.

Slowly now,

One by one,

Start to release them.

Once again,

Go through your inner body and release them one at a time.

Visualize them being blown away in the wind.

Release them slowly,

One at a time.

Continue staying in your body,

Keeping your awareness there.

Keep on releasing tension and unease,

Slowly let it go.

While going through this journey called life,

We develop a habit of continuous thinking,

Mostly with negative patterns.

We do so because our ego wants to grow and desperately wants to be right.

We constantly revisit the past,

Dwell on it and extrapolate further.

By doing so,

We are creating ever so expanding pool of negative vibrations.

In turn,

Allowing our ego to feel good and flourish.

While continuously we become bitter,

Creating more negativity.

That waters our ego even more,

Allowing for it to continue expanding,

Drawing us deeper and deeper into negativity.

And this becomes a vicious cycle where negativity feeds on negativity,

Cluttering,

Intoxifying our energy space,

Affecting everything in our lives as if it were a domino effect.

How did this description make you feel?

Anxious?

Tense?

Resentful?

No matter what the feeling is,

Don't allow yourself to be frustrated or disappointed.

Gently glide that feeling from your mind into your body and sit with it,

Acknowledging the sensation only.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Start filling yourself with compassionate energy and notice how that uneasiness starts to dissipate,

Unleashing itself and slowly leaving your energy field,

Melting into a thin air and it's being transmuted back into earth.

Breathe in and breathe out.

If that anxiousness or tension still lingers,

Continue on releasing it,

Filling yourself with caring,

Kind,

Loving,

Tender energy.

Release it,

Liberate it,

Allowing for the energy to be neutralized.

Breathe in and breathe out,

Accepting of what is.

Find your body,

Your energy and your inner self to be lighter,

Elevated and free of destructive frequencies,

Full of creativity,

Ready to reach new heights.

Accept this feeling imprinted with yourself,

Keeping it in your body only.

Breathe in.

Stay present in this feeling for as long as it is possible.

If your thoughts start creeping in,

Gently guide your concentration back to your physicality only.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Presence.

Staying in the present moment is where your power lies,

Bringing you focus,

Peace,

Tranquility and balance.

Go out into the world and with full potential share your gifts,

Allowing your imagination to flow through you and within you.

Stay present as often as you can.

It will bring you power,

Vitality and harmony.

Love to you,

Dear soul.
