This profound guided journey invites participants to embody the wisdom and energy of trees through visualization and energetic connection. Beginning with deep grounding, travelers visualize themselves as a tree, sending roots deep into the earth for stability and nourishment while simultaneously reaching branches skyward toward divine light and cosmic energy. Through this dual connection between earth and sky, participants experience the tree's medicine of patience, resilience, and interconnectedness with all life.

Take a deep breath and find yourself a gentle place where you will feel safe enough to release and let go of that which no longer serves you.

I want to call in the energies and the wisdom of the beautiful,

Strong,

Proud trees.

The trees that have been filled with green leaves on their branches,

Standing proudly beneath the sky and the bright sun and the fluffy clouds moving overhead.

And during that season,

There's been a sense of fullness,

Perhaps of richness,

Abundance,

Bountiful energy,

Fully embodied.

Sense yourself as this tree in all its magnificence and glory.

And now sense the season begins to change in your life.

All the signs are telling you,

Just like the tree leaves in the fall that begin to turn colors and gradually fall to the earth,

That you are undergoing a similar process.

Much like the tree,

You can feel that colors are changing,

That the winds are changing,

The energies around you are shifting.

And it's time for you to also begin to release and let go.

Gradually,

If we were watching the trees in the fall,

We would see the leaves begin to fall to the earth.

The wind and the rain comes.

It speeds up the process.

So it's as if our emotions,

Our own grief,

Sadness,

Perhaps confusion or misunderstanding,

Or just simply not knowing what's coming next,

Creates this sense of loss.

We can learn from the elder trees as they stand there graceful in the cold winds and the rain as the season changes.

They seem somehow proud and yet humble as they stand there starkly naked against the fall and the winter sky.

There's a certain courageousness and energy emanating from the trees.

There doesn't seem to be a struggle.

I often feel a powerful acceptance from these mighty beings that they send their roots down more strongly into the earth,

That they send their branches more strongly out into the sky,

And that those energies gives them the ability to be anchored and to let go at the same time.

Perhaps you can take a deep breath now and exhale fully and imagine with your eyes closed that you are that tree standing there under that brilliant blue sky in the winter with the winds blowing and that you too,

With dignity and grace,

Are releasing whatever needs to be let go of at this time in your life,

Trusting that it's just a season,

It's just a cycle on the spiral path of shamanic transformation and saying that it's just a season does not reduce the gravity or perhaps the grief or the fear,

But it does create an acceptance that on the spiral path all things must change and change means death but it also means rebirth.

There's a promise that when we release and let go that the season and the cycles will continue to move forward.

On the spiral wheel of transformation and when it does,

The sky becomes softer,

The winds are warmer,

The rain is gentle and we find ourselves once again sprouting our own leaves,

Our own fruits,

Bringing forth more creation into our lives.

And we notice that we've grown just like the trees outside each year and you can track them if you watch them the way I watch the trees here in the mountains.

It's as if you can watch them growing every year and seeing that they've gotten wider and taller and that means their roots have gone deeper into the ground,

Into the center of the earth,

Creating a huge network of connection to all the other trees in the vicinity,

In the great forest.

As we put our own roots down,

There's a way in which we connect with the roots of others,

Especially those who are on a similar path,

Our kindred spirits.

Taking another deep breath and imagining now that your branches,

That your life like the tree is now fully in bloom once again.

Perhaps there's tiny acorns growing in your branches or maybe new fruits or just hundreds and thousands of amazing multicolored green and yellow leaves adorning your branches.

Let the wisdom of our elder brothers and sisters,

The standing people,

The trees,

Become part of our wisdom,

Become part of your wisdom of how to let go and to clear any time that you need to.

Take a deep breath,

Exhale fully and come back with a heartfelt gratitude and remembrance of the spiral dance of birth and life and death.

And shamanic rebirth on the ever winding spiral path.
