In this guided meditation, you'll be gently led to reconnect with the miracle of your body—the sacred vessel that holds your spirit and wisdom. Together, we’ll explore a sense of awe for the intelligence that created us and the origins we so often forget. As we soften into stillness, you'll be invited to remember the pure, untouched innocence that has always lived within you. This is a space to honor your being, just as it is, with deep reverence and love. Track: Exploration -Kyle Preston

Sometimes,

When we live life,

We get so busy,

So distracted by everything around us.

We think that the mind is superior,

And so the mind becomes our dictator.

This approach of depending on the mind for everything,

For our intelligence,

For our sense of safety,

For our sense of worth,

Is not reliable.

It is actually an unbalanced way of living.

And if you desire to live in a healthy way,

Then this imbalance between the mind and the body will create some difficulties with your goals of health.

In our bodies,

There is knowledge there that can't be found in the mind,

And can only be tapped into when you truly intend to focus on the wisdom and intelligence of your body.

To begin to let yourself depend on the intelligence of your body.

When we wish to have health when we're sick or ill,

We immediately go to grasp or bottle on the counter,

Not even taking a moment to think about the consequences of depending on this pill in the body,

Much like you depend on external substances to heal your mind.

We don't take a pause to sit with the illness and ask our body why it could be feeling ill.

Take a deep breath.

Acknowledge the magnificence of your body.

How incredible is it to reflect on how perfectly we were created,

To be able to experience the things that we do,

To feel,

To see,

To taste,

To hear.

How awesome is it that we are made from all of the different minerals and elements of the earth,

But also of the universe.

All of these different little components all coming together to create us.

How beautiful is it to witness where we've come from,

The very start of our evolution here on earth.

Maybe it makes you think about how we're so deeply interconnected with the elements of the earth,

With the trees and animals,

With sea life.

If you take a look of all of the preciousness around you,

It becomes so easy to appreciate creation.

Take a deep breath and feel into your divine creation that you are,

That God created you to be.

How beautiful is it to have this awareness,

Acknowledgement of our beauty,

Of the miracle that it is to be a human on this planet.

Because even though there are millions of undiscovered life in other galaxies,

It is still a miracle for us to exist here,

Right now,

On earth,

Our earth.

And being able to know and to feel,

To be aware of God.

How magnificent is it to look up at the night sky and see all of the billions of stars,

And remember that we're not alone.

And yet,

We are so unique in the way that we are.

It's like God created each of us with a slightly different shade of variety of colors,

All to make the perfect painting.

A painting full of depth,

Wonder,

Mystery,

And beauty.

That's how loved we are.

We are so loved that something,

Something wanted us to be born.

Something wanted for us to experience this life,

To grow,

To learn,

To be curious and explore.

Something created us to be like a child living in wonder.

And our innocence remains,

Our purity remains.

And sometimes we need this reminder.

Because sometimes,

There is something else that makes us forget.

That distracts us,

That puts other,

More unhealthy thoughts into our minds.

Making us think that we are guilty,

That we aren't pure,

We're not innocent,

That we deserve punishment.

The challenges that we face in the world is not punishment,

But rather,

Your own childlike wonder,

Experimenting with life.

How do you expect a child to not touch a hot stove again,

If he doesn't do it for that first time?

Take a deep breath.

Feel gratitude in your body.

Feel how that expands love ever so greatly.

Remember to come back to your heart,

To this gratitude,

To this love.

And whenever you get a chance,

Remember your childlike wonder.

Have a blessed day.
