Transcript

Welcome to this short guided meditation for grounding and gratitude.

Bring your awareness to the sensations in your body.

Notice how you feel without judgment,

Just observation.

Now gently bring to mind something or someone you're grateful for.

Allow the image to appear naturally,

No need to force it.

It could be a person,

A moment,

A memory,

A place where you felt peace or even something small like a smile or a nice cup of coffee.

Let yourself feel the gratitude fully.

Notice what it does to your breath,

Your body,

Your heart.

If you like,

Silently say,

Thank you.

Now let that gratitude expand.

Feel it radiating from your chest like a soft light glowing outward,

Filling your body,

Your mind and the space around you.

Now turn your gratitude inward.

Think of something about yourself that you appreciate.

Maybe your courage,

Your kindness,

Your growth or simply your willingness to show up today.

Silently say to yourself,

I am grateful for who I am.

Let that feeling settle into your heart.

This is your time to just be.

No pressure,

No expectations,

Just presence.

Now slowly begin to return to the space around you.

Notice your body again.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes.

Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and carry this feeling of gratitude with you into the rest of your day.
