This 20-minute guided meditation is an invitation to slow down, soften, and arrive fully in the present moment. We begin by gently settling into the breath, breathing slower and softer than usual, allowing the nervous system to unwind and the mind to quiet. With each breath, you are invited to receive the simple reminder that you are here, now, and supported in this moment. As awareness stabilizes, the meditation guides you into the heart. From this space, we expand awareness through the heart center, feeling its natural rhythm, pulsing, and beating. The heart becomes a place of grounded attention, safety, and truth. From within the heart, you are invited to witness what is no longer needed without force or judgment. Rather than trying to fix or release anything, you allow what is ready to move to be carried gently into the arms of the Divine, where it can be transformed into love.
