This guided meditation is intended to help you embrace the beauty of your own being, and to show your body, mind, and spirit the love that you so very much deserve. This session begins with a gentle scan of the body to help you be present in and with your body. Throughout the session, we explore self-love and self-compassion to help you create peace in your heart and calm in your mind.

Welcome dear one,

This guided meditation to help you embrace the beauty of your own being,

To help you feel the love for your beautiful self.

If you haven't already,

Now is the perfect time to make your way to that comfortable space and close your eyes,

Letting your awareness drift inside to your inner world,

Your inner space,

And just taking a moment to feel your body from the inside,

Allowing yourself to bring your awareness to your feet and your toes,

Being present with your feet and your toes,

Letting your awareness drift into your hands,

Feeling your hands and your fingers,

Maybe even the gentle pulsation of energy flowing through your hands,

Feeling into your abdomen,

Being present in this space of your body,

Maybe placing both of your hands on your belly and feeling as your abdomen moves with the breath,

Being here,

Present,

Allowing yourself to feel your body,

Bringing your awareness into your shoulders,

And as you take a nice deep breath,

Letting any tension dissolve and allowing your shoulders to relax and melt down your back,

Being present,

Being here,

Feeling your body,

Allowing it to relax,

Bringing your awareness into your legs and your thighs,

Feeling into this space in your body,

Simply being present with the sensations that are arising and fading,

Not trying to make meaning,

But simply feeling,

And then bringing your awareness to the whole of your spine,

Feeling your lower,

Mid,

And upper back all together,

Sensing as this space more deeply relaxes,

Being present,

Feeling into your body,

And bringing your awareness into your neck and your throat,

Simply being present,

Allowing any sensations or feelings to arise and fade away,

Checking on the shoulders once more and letting them relax again,

And gently drifting your awareness back down into your pelvis and your buttocks,

Just feeling all the muscles relax and release any tension,

Simply being present,

Letting the felt experiences of your body arise and fade,

Now calling your awareness up into your head,

Simply feeling whatever might be present in your head,

In the crown chakra,

In the third eye,

Might be flowing through the mind,

Without attachment or the need to follow,

Simply be and allow yourself to feel,

Letting all the muscles in the face relax,

Inviting any chatter of the mind to slow,

And simply feeling into your body as you continue to breathe,

I invite you to intentionally allow the breath to become even deeper and slower than before,

Slowing the mind just a little more,

Simply being,

Now gently drift your awareness into your sacred heart space,

In the center of your divine chest,

As you breathe this deep breath in and out,

Visualize this breath and life flowing in both sides of your chest,

Connecting you even more deeply to the quantum field that holds you,

Connecting you more deeply to the flow of love that emanates from within your divine,

Breathing in this love of your heart and breathing it out into all the particles and cells that make up your beautiful body and being,

Letting this feeling of love flood through your body,

Deeply nourishing and uplifting all the spaces that are you,

Allowing yourself to simply be present with this flow of love,

This movement of energy from your heart,

The divine vessel that makes up your body,

Not needing to make meaning or to attach to any idea of what things should be like or what your experience should feel like,

Continuously relaxing and allowing this love from within you to flow all throughout you.

Notice when your awareness and attention gets straight,

Begins following the mind and gently call it back to the heart,

To the deep breath and experience a flow of love throughout your entire being,

With each breath feeling as your body is uplifted,

Feeling as your body feels lighter,

More relaxed and at ease,

And feeling the divine love of your sacred heart.

As you continue to breathe into this sacred space of your being,

For a moment I invite you to ask your heart,

Where in my life am I being resistant to my own love?

In what ways am I freely giving my love away to others and yet holding this love off from my own heart?

In what ways could I show myself more kindness,

Compassion,

Acceptance,

And understanding?

As you ask these questions,

Simply allow the responses from your heart to arise,

Not making meaning but simply allowing,

Receiving the guidance from your own heart.

And then ask your heart,

In what ways do I show myself love?

What actions do I take that show me that I love myself?

What simple pleasures do I engage in that truly brighten my heart and allow me to feel that love for myself,

For me?

What can I do more of to show my body,

My heart,

And my mind the love that I deserve?

Letting the responses from your heart arise,

Allowing yourself to feel the love emanating from within your being.

As you commune with this sacred space,

Receiving the guidance from within,

Now ask yourself,

What does it really mean for me to love myself?

What does self-love look like to me?

What does it feel like to truly and fully love myself?

As you allow the answers to arise from within,

Allow this feeling of love for yourself to also arise.

Fully embracing and experiencing what this energy of self-love feels like to you.

With each breath,

Letting this feeling get stronger.

As you're wrapping your whole body and being in a divine hug of love,

Loving all the parts of yourself,

All the pieces of yourself.

Letting go of the mental mind shatter if it arises and calling yourself back to the experience,

To the feeling of self-love,

Of divine love,

Of the truth of who you really are.

For the next few moments,

I invite you to begin breathing this energetic experience of self-love into any spaces in your body or feel that are needing a little extra nourishment and care.

Spaces in your body that are asking for a little more love.

Letting this divine grace flow there,

Fully allowing yourself to feel held in this energy of love,

Wrapped in the arms of love and nourished by the felt experience of your own.

Cherishing and honoring all parts of you,

Accepting and embracing all pieces of you and feeling in to the wholeness that you already are.

Now gently and slowly bringing your awareness back to the room or space that you're in.

By bringing gentle movements to your fingers and toes,

Allowing your body to move in whatever way it feels called to move.

Maybe you can even give yourself a hug,

Wrapping yourself in your own arms and divine embrace.

Loving yourself for this time spent in your own self-care and evolution.

Loving yourself for all that you are,

For all that you've been,

For all that you will be.

Loving yourself into life.

Maybe you can even just thank your body.

Thank your body for being here,

For being you,

For showing you how to love and thank your heart for the guidance it provides and the blessings it showers upon you each day.

And then when you find yourself ready,

You can gently open your eyes and return to a very new now moment in time.
