Dear ones,
To this guided meditation,
Intentionally designed and carved out of time for you and your precious heart.
If you haven't already,
Now is that perfect time to find a comfortable space and lay down,
Letting your body rest on the floor or another surface,
With your eyes closed,
Allowing your awareness to drift inside the body,
Beginning to deepen and slow your breath,
Allowing yourself to become present with where you are in space and time,
As you breathe a little deeper and a little slower,
Allowing your awareness to drift into your sacred heart space in the center of your chest,
With each breath,
Feel your heart expand,
And as you breathe out,
Invite your body to surrender,
To soften and let go just a little more,
With every breath,
Feel your body sink more deeply into the surface it rests upon,
Remaining connected to your heart,
As you soften,
As your body relaxes,
Breathing deeply and breathing slowly,
Connecting with your heart,
And inviting the body to more deeply let go,
As you continue to breathe deeply,
We're going to take a gentle scan through the body,
Helping to relax all the muscles in all the areas of your body,
Allowing your awareness to drift down to your toes,
As you breathe in,
Feel your awareness present in your toes,
And as you breathe out,
Allow your toes to relax,
To rest,
Feel as this relaxation spreads through your feet,
Breathing into your feet and ankles,
Breathing out,
Letting go,
Feeling the muscles soften,
As your feet and ankles melt into the surface below you,
Continuing up into the lower legs and calves,
Breathing into the lower legs and calves,
Breathing out,
Letting go,
Feeling as this relaxation spreads through the knees,
Relaxing the knees with the breath,
Feeling the muscles rest,
Continuing up through the body into the thighs,
Breathing deeply into the thighs,
And as you breathe out,
Relaxing and letting go,
Feeling all the muscles melt,
As your body sinks more deeply into the surface below,
Breathing into your pelvis,
Your lower abdomen,
Feeling all the muscles relax,
Feeling any tension melt away,
Inviting your body to more deeply relax with each breath,
Breathing into the abdomen,
The solar plexus,
Feeling as this breath wraps around the body into the lower and mid-back,
As you breathe out,
Inviting your body to sink,
To surrender,
And let go,
Continuing with the breath,
As you move your awareness into your chest and upper back,
Breathing deeply into this space in the body,
As you breathe out,
Letting everything relax,
Letting everything go,
Feeling as this relaxation flows down through your arms,
Into your wrists,
Your hands and fingers,
Bringing a gentle heaviness to the body,
Helping you sink even deeper into a space of deep relaxation,
Feeling as this relaxation flows into your shoulders and your neck,
Every breath inviting you to relax even deeper,
To soften a little more,
Feeling as all the tension releases from the muscles in the neck and shoulders,
Begins to gently melt away,
Carrying the breath through the head,
Feeling as this relaxation moves through the face,
Through your nose and your eyes,
Into your lips and flows through your ears,
Into the top of your head,
Relaxing the mind,
Helping to more deeply soften the body,
As you breathe deeply,
Allow your awareness to float back down through the body,
Notice any areas that are still holding on,
Let the breath flow into these spaces,
Helping to more deeply soften the muscles,
Inviting the body to more deeply surrender,
Feel your whole body resting on the surface,
Feel as your body melts and relaxes,
Surrendering softly,
As you continue to breathe,
Invite your awareness to drift back into your sacred heart,
In the center of your chest,
As you breathe into your heart,
Feel it expand,
Allow your body and mind to expand with it,
And with every breath out,
Allow your body to sink more deeply,
To rest more softly upon the earth,
Feel as your heart takes you deeper,
Every breath inviting you to more deeply let go,
Breathing slowly,
Inviting your body to soften,
Melting even deeper into the surface below,
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Maintaining that awareness in your heart,
Allow your attention to drift up into your third eye,
In the very center of your head,
As you breathe,
Breathe into your heart,
And as you breathe out,
Feel your third eye soften into the earth below you,
Feel your whole body melt to the surface that holds you,
With your awareness in this space,
I will speak affirmations over you,
Allow yourself to repeat these affirmations,
As you continue to allow your body to relax,
To rest,
There will be some space between each affirmation,
Repeat the affirmations as many times in your mind,
I am already whole,
I am loved for who I am,
It is safe for me to receive love,
It is safe for me to feel love,
Love,
Love is who I am,
I love myself just as I am,
I love others for who they are,
I am deeply loved and supported on my journey through life,
Everything I need is provided to me before I need it,
It is safe for me to receive the things I need,
It is safe for me to receive the things I desire,
I am worthy just the way I am,
Allow your awareness to drift back into your sacred heart,
With each deep breath,
Reconnect with the love that you are,
As the music begins to fade and change,
Allow yourself to stay connected with your heart,
To stay centered in your breath,
Allow yourself to continue dropping deeper into this moment,
Gently begin bringing your awareness back to the physical space that holds you,
You can bring gentle movements to the fingers and toes,
Allow your body to move in any way it is called to move,
Bringing your awareness back gently and slowly,
If you're laying down you can roll onto one side,
And gently help yourself back up to the seated position as you're ready,
And when that moment arrives,
You can gently open your eyes,
