The combination of calming rhythms and Reiki intention helps dissolve tension, clear scattered thoughts, and restore emotional ease. By the end, you’ll feel lighter, more centered, and ready to move through your day with clarity and calm.

Welcome.

This practice is here to help you release tension and restore balance in the middle of your day.

You may be carrying stress,

Scattered thoughts,

Or heavy emotions.

For the next few minutes,

Give yourself permission to pause,

Breathe,

And return to center.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

And exhale slowly.

Again,

Inhaling calm.

And releasing what you no longer need.

Feel the weight of your body being held by the ground or chair beneath you.

Notice how you don't need to hold yourself up.

The earth is supporting you.

Allow your shoulders to drop,

Your jaw to unclench,

Your eyes to soften.

With each breath,

Let yourself arrive more fully into this moment.

Bring your awareness to your feet resting on the ground.

Feel the steady connection with earth beneath you.

As you breathe out,

Imagine roots growing down from your feet,

Anchoring you into stability.

Now scan slowly through the body.

Soften the calves and thighs.

Release the hips and belly.

Relax the shoulders and arms.

Unclench the jaw.

Smooth the forehead.

Relax the chin.

Soften the eyes.

If you notice any tightness or discomfort,

Imagine breathing warm light into that area.

With each exhale,

Allow tension to dissolve,

Melting away like ice under the sun.

Let gravity pull the stress out of your body and down into the earth,

Where it is absorbed and transformed.

We'll use a calming breath rhythm to signal safety to your nervous system.

Inhale through the nose for 4 counts.

Exhale gently for 6 counts.

Continue this rhythm,

Letting the exhale be like a gentle sigh of relief.

After a few rounds,

Notice how your heartbeat begins to steady.

How your chest feels more open.

How your mind starts to slow.

Now add a soft hum on the exhale,

Letting the vibration soothe your chest and throat.

Feel the resonance traveling through your body.

With each hum,

Imagine the sound rippling through your nervous system,

Like a calming wave resetting your whole being.

The vibration nourishes your body,

Your mind,

And your spirit,

Reminding you that it is safe to relax.

Place one hand over your chest,

The other over your belly.

Invite Reiki energy to flow through your palms into your body.

Feel this energy melting away,

Tension around your heart,

Softening the belly,

Calming the mind.

Let the Reiki flow wash through your shoulders,

Your mind,

And your chest.

Carrying tension away like waves moving back into the ocean.

Imagine this energy as a warm golden light.

With every inhale,

The light expands.

With every exhale,

It spreads gently into the parts of you that need comfort.

Allow it to dissolve heaviness,

Soothe worry,

And open space for peace.

Pause with your hands resting here,

Breathing gently,

Allowing the flow to comfort you.

Imagine yourself by a peaceful ocean.

Waves rolling in and out,

Steady and soothing.

With each exhale,

The tide pulls your stress out to sea.

With each inhale,

The ocean brings back peace,

Clarity,

And renewal.

See the water shimmering with light.

Feel the mist on your skin.

Hear the rhythmic sounds of the waves,

Like the breath of the earth itself.

Allow this image to cleanse your mind,

Soften your body,

And refresh your spirit.

Take a final deep breath in,

And sigh it out.

Notice how your body feels lighter,

Calmer,

And ready to return to your day with clarity and balance.
