This is a guided meditation focused on acceptance and awareness. It gently invites you into the present moment, beginning with the anchor of the body and breath. The core instruction is a compassionate, two-fold practice: to "let it be" and to "make space." Rather than trying to control or clear your thoughts and feelings, you learn to observe them with openness, allowing your experience to be exactly as it is. Through this simple, repeated rhythm of breath and intention, the practice cultivates a sense of inner stillness and spaciousness.

Transcript

Sit in a comfortable way,

Let your body settle.

Feel where your body is supported,

By the chair or by the floor.

Let the ground support you and let the support be there.

Take a slow breath in,

And a slow breath out.

Again,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

There's nothing you need to fix right now,

Nothing you need to push away or nothing you need to change.

Notice how you feel in this moment,

Just as it is,

Let it be.

Breathe in,

You are here,

Breathe out,

You stay.

Again,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Now,

Notice the mind.

Feelings may come,

Thoughts may come,

Plans or worries may come,

That's okay.

You don't have to clear the mind and you don't have to understand it.

Whatever is there in your mind,

Just let it be.

Breathe in,

Making rooms,

Breathe out,

Making space.

Notice what happens when you don't push anything away.

Space opens by itself.

If the mind wanders,

That's okay.

Gently just come back,

Back to the breath,

Back to the body.

Breathe in,

Feel the body sitting here.

Breathe out,

Feel the space around it.

Around the body,

Inside the body.

Again and again,

Breathe in,

Making space,

Breathe out,

Let it be.

Rest here for a few moments,

Nothing has to complete.

As this breath is come to a close,

Feel your body here again.

Today,

I let things be and I make space for them.

Take one last slow breath in and slow breath out.

Namaste.
