Hello and welcome.

Today's guided meditation and healing is called the Heart's Union.

Envision the heart as both giver and receiver,

The pulse of life meeting the open rhythm of love,

Trusting in unseen connection.

The love story of the heart.

The human heart is coded for union,

For togetherness.

He is the heat,

The urgency,

The high-velocity pulse of blood surging forward.

She is the rhythm,

The dance,

The open chambers of the heart that receive him.

Without her,

He has no way to call home.

Without him,

She lingers in quiet longing,

Aching for his arrival,

His entering.

Each one reaching for the other.

To unite in the heart,

She must trust in a beloved unseen and he must believe he is meant to belong home with her.

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable space where you'll not be interrupted for at least 10 to 15 minutes.

This time is for you.

Throughout this process I'm going to be asking for consent to go into different areas of your body.

Everything is with consent.

If you don't consent or you don't want me to enter your energetic field,

Then the energy will simply go around you.

This is your body,

Your life,

And you get to choose if you want these changes or not.

Okay,

So asking consent to enter your field,

To take you on this guided journey.

Just nod your head or say yes out loud.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

That's it.

And now all the way out.

Take another slow inhale and release.

Good.

Concentrate on your breath in and out.

In and out.

Nice and relaxed.

With each breath,

Feel yourself arriving fully into this moment,

Into your body,

Into the sacred space of your heart,

Settling into presence.

Gently bring your awareness to your heart center,

Resting in the warmth of your chest.

Feel the steady rhythm,

The quiet pulsing that has been with you since the beginning.

The heart,

Your ever faithful companion,

Beating without hesitation,

Without question.

Now as you breathe,

Imagine your heart space as a space of deep connection,

A bridge between giving and receiving,

Between movement and stillness,

Between you and something greater.

With your next inhale,

Feel the giving nature of your heart.

Breathe in,

That's it.

It pulses with devotion,

Sending life through every vessel,

Every organ,

Every part of you.

That's its job.

It gives freely,

Without condition,

Without asking for anything in return.

Good.

On your next exhale,

I want you to imagine this love expanding within you and beyond you.

You're flowing outward,

Reaching all those you cherish,

Touching the world in unseen ways.

Your heart is not only your own,

It is part of something greater.

Good.

Allow that to radiate out,

That's it.

Now shift your awareness to the other side of the exchange,

The receiving,

The receiving nature of your heart.

As you inhale,

Imagine your heart as wide open,

Receiving life,

Receiving love,

Receiving every gift that flows to you.

Let go of any resistance,

Let yourself be nourished,

Let yourself be filled.

Good.

The heart cannot only give,

But it must also receive.

It's a balance.

It finds its greatest strength,

Which is connection.

One cannot work without the other.

Good.

Now imagine your heart as both the giver and the receiver,

In perfect harmony.

With each inhale,

It receives,

And with each exhale,

It gives.

Good.

In,

Receive,

Out,

Giving.

It's a sacred dance,

A sacred union,

Togetherness,

A rhythm older than time.

Good.

Let that,

Just let that be.

Just focus on that for a moment.

Visualize a soft golden light radiating from your chest,

Pulsing gently with each breath.

This light expands,

Flowing in and flowing out,

Effortless and free.

Feel how deeply you are connected,

Not just to yourself,

But to the unseen,

To life itself,

To love in its purest form.

There is nothing to control here.

There is nothing to force.

There is only trust,

An effortless receiving.

In and out.

In and out.

You do not have to see where love is leading you.

You only need to feel its rhythm,

Moving through you like the steady beat of your heart.

Ba-bom.

Ba-bom.

Ba-bom.

That ever-faithful companion,

Beating without hesitation,

Without question.

A rhythm older than time.

You do not have to see where love is leading you.

Just trust.

Just trust.

Good.

Take a big deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Imagine all resistance melting away.

You are safe,

You are loved,

You are part of something greater than yourself.

I will say that again.

You are part of something greater than yourself.

And when you can really feel that,

That is when you become free.

And all of that stuff that bothers you will melt away.

When you feel totally loved,

Safe,

Secure and protected,

I want you to gently bring your focus and awareness back to your breath.

In and out.

In and out.

Feeling free,

Liberated and loved.

Gently wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Bringing awareness back to your body,

Slowly open your eyes,

Carrying this deep connection with you as you move through your day.

Your heart is always guiding you.

Trust in its unseen union.

Well done.
