Shantiji shares how this beautiful Mantra came to him and later takes you through chanting it. Focus on the subtle energy vibrations of Divine Mother’s love eminating from this unique Sanskrit chant. Mentally visualize the sound vibrations circulating in the body(see below) then allow some time to sit silently. OM-(ohm) the universal sound. Aim-(pronounced like: “I’m”) feel from the root chakra, as this sound closes the root area (mula bandha), to prepare energy to move upward Hrim-(with a rolled "r") feel in belly, pulling gently backward toward spine Shrim-(a rolled "r") energy rises upward, sound vibrates in throat Tripuraev-(Tri: soft "t" as the end of "that", rolled "r", short "i”; puraev: "poor" + "rave", rolled "r" felt in mouth, vibration goes to top as prepares to go full circle Namaha-(nam + ah + ha with soft “h”/ aspirate) energy continues moving from the back of head, circling around and going back to belly. This pure Divine energy is the source that keeps us alive.

Om.

Mantra is a formula designed to focus the scattered mind and to direct inwardly to achieve the stillness of body,

Senses and mind.

Each mantra has its own vibrations and by repeating the mantra we feel the vibrational energy within our body.

I want to share the Divine Mother Mantra which I received during September 2014 when I was in Sedona,

Arizona.

One afternoon I was sitting on a bell rock which is part of the energetic red rock country,

Feeling quiet and absorbing the energy.

Soon I began to hear some Sanskrit words within.

Om.

Aayim.

It felt like a mantra of the Divine Mother.

Sages and seekers of the truth,

Worshiper as a life current,

Pervading their body,

Senses and mind.

Without her underlying support nothing could exist.

So this mantra is a bridge to feel her eternal presence within and our conviction and recognition of her unconditional love arising from absorbing the mantra's vibration.

By experimenting and repeating this mantra,

This mother mantra,

It felt as if an energy envelope of her vibration was created around me,

Feeling the closeness of her embrace.

As if I was protected.

So practicing this mantra helped us to function in our daily life consciously and playfully.

And I would like to share her mantra with you.

Now let us repeat this mantra together and then sit quietly and absorb the Divine Mother energy emanating from mantra's vibration.

Thank you for sharing, I had a similar experience while on the red rocks in Sedona, suddenly chanting Sanskrit that I didn't even realize I knew the words. Powerful place! 💜☮️💜

This is an excellent starting place. I found the mantra easy to sink into, once it go started. I found myself sitting for a while after the meditation had ended.

I love this mantra meditation. It was helpful that Shantiji spoke to Sanskrit words very slowly in the beginning, so I could repeat and learn them. I enjoyed the vibrations as I joined him in the mantra to open up to the divine mother.
