Welcome to Spacious Abundance,

A midlife practice for more.

I'm so glad you're here.

In this practice,

We're going to create a place for more ease,

More clarity,

More wealth,

More possibility,

More of what truly matters in this next season of your precious life.

Not through pushing,

Not through hustle,

But through spaciousness.

Today,

We'll walk gently through the three pillars of Spacious Abundance.

First one is Release.

The second one is Regulate.

And the third one is Receive.

So take a moment to settle your body.

If you can,

Gently close your eyes.

And I want you to imagine that coming from above you is a beam of light that's like sparkly fairy lights that goes through the top of your head,

Down the back of your head,

Down your neck,

And twinkles all the way down your arms to your fingertips,

And back up your arms,

Down through your chest,

Through your pelvic area,

To your hips,

Down your legs,

To your knees,

Down to your ankles and your feet,

And then down through the ground,

Down deep,

Deep,

Deep into the earth.

And these twinkly fairy lights anchor you down into the earth and keep you so grounded as we do this practice.

So allow your breath to deepen just a little and let your whole system arrive.

And let's begin.

The first step is Release.

Releasing is the doorway to abundance.

You can't receive more when every part of your life is full,

Noisy or cluttered.

Physically,

Emotionally,

Mentally,

Or others.

Let's begin with releasing thoughts.

Take a slow breath in and allow a soft breath out.

Notice the thoughts you've been carrying about money.

Maybe thoughts about scarcity,

Lack,

Not enoughness.

Thoughts you've inherited from parents,

Partners,

Workplaces,

Society.

Thoughts that were maybe never yours in the first place.

You may have picked up some thinking around things like,

Money doesn't come easily to me.

I have to work hard for everything I earn.

People like me don't earn more.

Women shouldn't out earn their partners.

Or it's selfish to want abundance.

I want you to think of these thoughts like clouds drifting in the sky.

Like there's thoughts just drifting on by rather than taking up space in your mind.

Alright,

Thoughts are always going to come all day long.

It's really normal for these thoughts to be drifting into your mind regularly.

We cannot and we don't want to stop our thinking.

But you can allow them to drift on by.

You don't need to hold on to these thoughts and to look for evidence of them being true.

You can just allow them to float on by like lovely soft clouds in the sky that come and go without you having to land in them.

You don't need to argue with them.

You can just simply notice them drifting on by as you release them.

Allow them to drift on by as you exhale out.

Every time you release this kind of thinking that isn't yours,

You're unblocking generational wealth and other generational patterns around abundance.

You can stop carrying these patterns that never belong to you in the first place.

You simply let them drift on by.

Now let's look at the second one,

Release.

Releasing things.

So we've looked at releasing thoughts and now we're going to look at releasing things.

Physical,

Digital,

Energetic clutter.

Where is your space holding stuck energy?

Is it on your desk,

Where you do your work,

On your phone,

In your inbox,

On your computer,

In your wardrobe,

In your mind?

Clutter is delayed decisions and when we release clutter,

We create room for clarity and opportunity.

Every day choose three small things to release in these areas.

This is my invitation to you.

Perhaps three emails you unsubscribe from.

Three old photos you no longer need.

Three digital files you delete.

Three business links you no longer use.

Maybe some social media accounts that don't align with who you are now.

Notice how these things feel in your body.

Notice the energy that they are holding.

Releasing creates spaciousness and spaciousness creates abundance.

Take another slow breath in and softly exhale.

So now we've looked at releasing thoughts and things.

We're going to move on to the second phase,

Which is regulate.

Regulating your nervous system is the bridge between releasing and receiving.

It's the part most of us skip because we've been taught to push through.

Regulation is about creating a calm internal landscape where abundance can land.

Let's begin with your breath.

Place a hand on your belly and one on your heart.

Inhale through your nose for the count of three and exhale slowly for the count of five.

Again,

In for three and out for five.

Feel your system settling,

Softening,

Becoming more receptive.

Regulation can look like grounding yourself before you go on social media to promote your business.

Placing your feet on the floor and imagining those twinkly fairy lights anchoring you down into the earth before you do a client call.

Rolling your shoulders and taking some deep breaths before recording some content.

Taking three slow breaths in and out before checking your bank balance.

Softening your jaw and clenching your hands before sending an email.

Pausing to feel the chair beneath you before making a decision.

A hand on your heart when you feel overwhelmed.

Regulation tells your body,

I am safe,

I can expand,

I can receive.

Let's practice for a moment.

Notice where you feel stress or tension in your body.

Maybe in your throat,

Your chest,

Your belly,

Your jaw,

Or your shoulders.

Breathe into that place gently.

Ask it quietly,

What do you need?

Notice what comes,

A word,

A sensation,

Or nothing at all.

There is no right answer.

Regulation prepares your whole being to receive abundance without fear or resistance.

Now take a long soothing exhale.

Now final phase,

Number three,

Receive.

Receiving is an art and a practice.

For many midlife women,

Receiving feels unfamiliar,

Even uncomfortable.

We've been conditioned to give,

To care,

To manage,

To support everyone else.

But receiving,

It takes softness,

Openness,

Worthiness.

Let's practice receiving in a simple way first.

Imagine someone offering you a compliment right now.

Can you allow it without deflecting,

Without saying,

Oh,

It was nothing,

Or give me a compliment back?

Place your hand on your heart and say quietly,

Thank you,

I receive that.

And let it land.

Feel it in your body.

Receiving also looks like allowing someone to help you.

Maybe that's letting someone hold a door for you,

Saying yes when something's offered,

Feeling gratitude for a coin that you find in the drawer or on the ground,

Noticing a moment of ease that appears unexpectedly,

Letting a payment arrive without fear,

Letting a client say yes to you without shrinking or apologizing for your prices.

Receiving is trusting that abundance wants to come to you and that you're worthy of it,

Not because you worked harder,

But because you exist.

Take a breath in and imagine opening up to receiving as you exhale.

Now imagine that abundance in all forms is on its way to you.

You may have something particular in mind or just be opening to whatever is coming.

You don't need to chase it.

You don't need to hustle for it.

You just need to stay open.

Say quietly to yourself,

It's safe for me to receive.

And let that land in your body.

Receiving is remembering that life is always trying to give to you.

Your only job is to let it in.

Take another slow breath in and out.

As we complete this spacious abundance practice,

Reflect on this question.

Where can I release,

Regulate and receive more today?

It's one small step,

One tiny shift,

One opening.

Abundance grows in spaciousness and you are creating that spaciousness right now.

Take a final deep breath in and a long relaxed breath out.

Thank you for being here.

May your next season be abundant,

Grounded and beautifully spacious.

I invite you to come back to this daily over the next seven days and watch as your capacity to receive grows and grows and grows.

Thank you for being here.

I'm sending you lots of love.
