We're just getting cozy and turning away from the physical device and just,
If you're still sitting there,
Just keeping your eyes soft or gently closed,
And just starting to sense your breath.
And the 70 trillion cells breathing with you.
Breathing the joy of this time because it is a very enlightened time.
This is when the cosmic light comes in the most,
As in the dark.
It's the same.
When there is birth,
There is death.
When there is death,
There is birth.
So,
Meaning,
What appears to be duality is one.
And that's the soul-awakened process of evolution,
That when we see all of it,
This dream of life as one,
The divine waking itself up to itself,
We start to need less and less drama in our life.
So,
I would invite,
I imagine all of us would rather and prefer to have less drama and let us just honor the human journey.
But in this evening on solstice,
We open to the awakened heart,
The gnosis of soul that is in the body,
That is transmuting the body,
The physical body.
We are in an evolutionary path and the body is here temporarily,
But it's also here on a journey with us.
So,
Our work in continuum is to awaken the fluid in the matrix of light.
So,
We breathe and we recognize that it can happen in a second,
Even if the nervous system is dysregulated.
When we receive the transmission of our own soul light,
We just say yes,
Sense and feel it land and descend down into form.
And sometimes the body is so tight,
It can be hard to feel it land.
But just like a baby wants to lovingly land on the belly of the mama after birth,
There's a naturalness to the soul landing in form.
We don't have to force it.
It's just an openness to it.
Mother doesn't have to force the baby to land on her,
But it's a welcoming to that baby.
It's a receiving and a softening in.
The soul wants that inside your body too.
So,
We feel the base underneath our seat,
Feel the ground holding our physical mass,
Our heavy weightedness,
The bones,
The weight of our volume,
Our blood,
Our liquidic nature.
There's weight to our water.
We just tend a little bit to weight.
The soul says wait,
W-A-I-T,
Wait till I descend into form.
Just allow the weight,
The physical mass and weight softly,
Gently for the vast being that we all are to land into form.
Those of you who might be sensing,
Feeling any of the shimmers and shakes of any sympathetic stress discharging from your system or shock layers just being revealed to you right now,
Just let the shimmers or the twitches or the glitches,
Just let it happen.
The soul knows how to land into form.
And it has to get through the niggly wigglies of our nervous system as it is right now.
We're on a path of evolution and it takes time and trust in the process.
Let the whole body just be an open vessel to receive yourself.
And trust in the signs and gestures and experiential unfolding of what the body needs to reveal as the self descends into our form.
Let the tight sacrums just try to release if you can,
Soften the tension because the tension is sometimes folding around what wants to land.
And just go into the tension a little bit and soften it with your love.
Let love open the form.
Let it be gracious,
Filled with grace.
And the places that the tension is not even possible to enter,
Love that too.
Love the tension.
Love it.
Welcome it.
Receive it.
It's all okay.
There's a timing and there's a pace of receiving the self.
So even though we are in the darkest night,
The longest night,
The sun rising again is just around the corner.
And yet the energetics of this time is enlightened.
Again,
Duality meeting itself.
So sensing down into the tailbone and just sensing and seeing and feeling the tailbone like a little Rudolph red nose.
We don't need to make it red,
Maybe golden light.
Just see the little knob of the tailbone,
The coccyx.
And seeing this as your own North star.
And see it glowing because it is.
And sensing into the tip of the tongue,
How it resides in the mouth.
Perhaps allowing the surface of the tongue to lay flat along the palate,
The soft and hard palate of your mouth.
Just notice how grounding that is and how that calms the nervous system in a way,
Especially when we're seated in an upright position.
The simple gesture of bringing the tongue flat up against the roof of the mouth helps to allow the midline,
The mid space of you to align its own central channel.
We can orient ourselves when we are in midline.
Right here on earth,
As it is in the heavens,
Right here on earth.
And we soften into our own power,
The power of love and the power of light.
We just soften around it.
It's not about making ourselves special,
It's just simply around allowing who we truly are to be here,
In safety and in trust.
If this image feels supportive to you,
Just imagine there's a little sign in front of you that says,
It's okay.
However that sign reveals itself to you.
And just notice what happens to the soma when we really get to see and hear and feel whatever our process has been,
That it's okay.
All of it is okay.
And in fact,
In perfect order.
But the it's okay might be good enough for now.
So with the tongue flat up against the roof of the mouth,
Just allow your spine and head and neck to make little undulations and subtle fluid movements.
Just start to feel that sacred undulate,
That continuum.
That's what this image offers.
Allowing the neck to take little rolls and boring its weight of the head to whatever side you feel called.
Be doing very gentle rolls.
Just starting to feel more the physical body.
As you land and arrive even more into this dive together tonight.
Let the light be okay.
Let the dark be welcomed.
And let all that is actually here be okay.
Bringing your hand over your navel and just gently spiraling around the navel with the pressure of your hands and feel the warmth and the hearth of your belly,
The warmth and the fire of your belly.
Just say thank you to that fire.
Thank you,
My soul warmth for keeping me alive and healthy.
Let the system know we're going to offer the body healing this night.
And just let the body drink in and show you how grateful he she they feel.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
This is a time for ourselves,
No one else,
We don't have to caretake anyone here.
The love of the cup pouring over is for our own drinking.
So drink,
Drink.
