Welcome.

You're in the right place.

Thank you so much for being here.

Make sure that you find a comfortable,

Peaceful place where you can sit or lie down,

Feather your nest,

Create your own hug.

And when you are ready,

Close your eyes,

And start to take an inhale.

Deep,

Calming breath.

Release it slowly.

Feeling your whole body relax.

Let go of any distractions.

Focus on your breath.

Every time,

Breathing in.

Feeling more relaxed with every exhale.

Every breath you take.

As you continue to just relax into your breathing,

Imagine yourself walking in a serene,

Enchanting forest.

The ground beneath your feet is soft.

It's covered with a carpet of moss,

Fallen leaves.

You sniff the air and you smell crisp,

Wet,

Alive.

The smell and the scent of pine,

Cedar,

Oak.

You smell the earth,

The soil.

And as you look up,

Sunlight peeks through the dense canopy radiating onto your eyes,

Making you squint,

Creating this tapestry of light fluttering through your eyelashes.

The shadows and the light.

As you wander deeper into the forest,

You come upon a clearing.

And in the heart of this clearing,

You see a circle of the most beautiful,

Majestic trees.

You recognize these beings.

These are the walking trees.

Ancient and wise,

Their branches reaching towards the sky in a gentle embrace with the heavens and ethers above.

As you approach this circle,

You feel a profound sense of belonging.

These trees are not just a circle.

They are a family.

And you realize with awe and wonder that you are a part of this circle.

You have always been a part of it,

Though you never imagined gathering all together in one place before.

You take your place among the walking trees,

And feeling their energy pulsating in the air.

Their roots intertwine with yours,

And you feel so grounded,

Stable,

And strong.

You are connected to each tree,

To the earth below,

To the sky above.

In this sacred space,

The walking trees begin to communicate with you.

Listen to the whispers.

Their songs,

Their stories.

What are they sharing with you?

Open your heart.

Open into the intuitive center of your third eye chakra,

Between the eyebrow points.

To receive any messages or insights that may be available to you now,

Dive deeper into your breath,

Relaxing.

Filled with a deep sense of unity and understanding,

You express your gratitude to the walking trees for their wisdom,

For their companionship.

You realize that even when you leave this circle,

You will always carry a part of it with you.

One circle.

Everything connected.

And this knowledge brings you great peace.

You slowly gather your vines,

And start to follow the sun back out of the forest.

Come back into the room where you are,

By tuning in again to the breath.

Take a nice deep inhale.

Fill up the belly,

And exhale through the mouth.

Slowly take another deep inhale and fill up the belly nice and big.

Slowly releasing.

Once more,

Take a nice deep inhale,

Sucking in all that light energy into the belly.

Exhale all negativity,

Worry,

Stress.

Carry the sense of unity,

Strength,

And peace as you move through your day,

Knowing that you are always connected to the circle of the walking trees.

No matter where you are,

You have the power to tap into this inner knowing,

This companionship.

Beautiful message. The finger snapping brought me out of your words and images, and I may not understand the meaning of their inclusion. But I am a follower and look forward to more nature and spirit meditations β™₯οΈπŸ™πŸŒΉ
