This Perpetual New Moon Guided Meditation is a sacred invitation to plant intentions and reconnect with your innate power. Blending the wisdom of Pagan, Yogic, Ojibwe, Sami, and Indigenous lineages, this journey activates your intuitive gifts—clairaudience, clairsentience, clairvoyance, and claircognizance. You'll be guided through breath, imagery, and inner knowing to call in what your soul most desires. The meditation is set against the natural soundscape of Neebing, Ontario on a New Moon night—featuring crickets, birds, and the heartbeat of the Earth herself. You can return to this recording with any New Moon.

Welcome,

Beloved soul.

You have arrived at the edge of a new beginning,

The fertile soil of the new moon.

The sky is dark,

Quiet,

Holding space for your light to rise.

Please find a comfortable seat or lay down your sacred body onto the ground,

Your bed,

The floor,

The earth.

Relax,

Soften your face.

Allow your shoulders to come down and back.

Really feel into the ground below you.

With each breath,

Feel your body settle,

Arriving.

Inhale into your heart.

Exhale,

Release.

Feel the earth below you now.

The breath of the sky is above you.

The rhythm of the drumbeat is within you.

You are not alone.

You are source.

You are your own sacred circle.

With this breath,

Call in the earth,

The keepers of stone,

Root,

And memory.

Let your bones remember who you are.

Let your roots reach back into the places you were once wild and free.

With this breath,

We call to the sky,

The winds,

The stars,

And the unseen realms.

Let your breath be the wind.

Let your thoughts soar like the raven weaving between dimensions.

With this breath,

We call to spirit,

The pulse within you,

The fire that burns in your belly,

And the truth that hums in your chest.

You are the tree.

You are the river.

You are the dreamer and the dream.

Tune in now to the gift of your hearing.

What whispers are riding in the wind?

Can you hear the voice of your soul?

We are one.

Breathe into that silence.

Let the sounds arise from within.

Feel now into the gift of feeling.

Take your hand and maybe place it on your heart.

Take another and place it over your pelvic,

The belly,

The womb.

What sensations move through you?

What truth vibrates through your skin,

Your blood,

Your knowing?

Tune in now to the gift of your seeing.

Gently close your eyes if they're not already.

Go inward.

See the new seeds you're already ready to plant.

What images,

Symbols,

Or colors arise with your inner vision?

Tune in now to the gift of knowing.

Let your mind relax.

Let your knowing rise like the sun after a long night.

What do you simply know is coming from you?

Please trust it.

Now,

Dear one,

From this place of connection,

Speak aloud or silently your deepest intention.

Call it into being under this new moon.

Name what you are ready to receive.

Say it with clarity.

Say it with power.

Say it with love.

I am calling in.

I am ready for.

I allow.

I accept.

I align.

As the Sami joke to remember who they are.

As the Ojibwe sit in ceremony with the stars.

As the yogis move through breath to stillness.

As the pagans light fires in the forest.

You too remember your ancient ways.

Thank you,

Sacred one,

For showing up for yourself.

You are the ceremony.

You are the medicine.

You are the moon and the mirror.

You are the whisper of the wolf,

The knowing of the wind,

The song of the salmon and the stillness of the stone.

Trust your power.

Trust the cycle.

Return here with every new moon,

Every breath and remember you are source.

You are creator.

You are the dreamer.

You are the dream.

May it be so and so it is.

Aho Namaste.

Chi Miigwetch.
