This is an 8-hour brown noise sleep meditation designed to help you fall asleep and stay asleep without interruption. This track begins with a gentle guided wind-down to help you settle, then transitions into stable, consistent brown noise for seamless overnight playback. At the end, there’s a soft guided return (in case you’re awake and want to come back gently). Brown noise is a deeper, warmer sound that many people use to help mask sudden background disruptions and support uninterrupted rest. Best enjoyed at a low, comfortable volume. Important: Do not listen while driving. Follow srb Studios for more long-form sleep tracks, guided journeys, and soundscapes.

Welcome,

Traveler.

I'm so glad you have joined me on this SRB Studios overnight meditation.

I'm Sandy Robson,

And I'll be your guide through these eight hours of sleep.

Tonight we're going to be using brown noise.

Please,

Don't listen while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.

Now,

Let's get as comfortable as you can.

And yes,

This is to be done lying down.

Let your hands rest where they want.

There's no need to control them.

There's no need to control anything.

Let your eyes close.

Tonight,

You don't have to fix anything.

You don't have to figure anything out.

You don't have to hold the day together anymore.

In a moment,

You'll hear brown noise.

Brown noise is a deeper,

Warmer sound that many people use to help mask sudden disruptions and support uninterrupted sleep.

It's not here to demand your attention.

It's here to give your mind something simple,

Something steady,

Something safe.

As the sound settles in,

Let it become a blanket around you.

Not heavy,

Just consistent.

Now,

Bring your attention to your forehead.

Let it smooth out.

Let the muscles around your eyes soften.

Let your jaw unclench.

Let your tongue rest.

Let your shoulders drop,

Like they're finally allowed to be done.

Let your chest soften.

Let your belly soften.

Let your hips sink into the bed.

Let your legs feel long and quiet.

Let your feet go completely off-duty.

If there's any place in you still holding on,

Any place still bracing,

Just let it know you can let go.

You don't need to stay awake for this.

You don't need to listen perfectly.

You can fall asleep at any moment.

The sound will continue all night,

Steady and consistent.

If you drift,

It will be here.

If you dream,

It will be here.

If you wake up in the night,

It will still be here.

A simple reminder,

A signal to your system saying it's safe to return to rest.

Say to yourself,

I am safe to sleep.

I am allowed to rest.

And my body knows.

So your nervous system can do what it was built to do.

Let the sound carry you.

Let the day dissolve.

You can stay asleep.

Let these words pass right through you.

And if you're waking,

Wake slowly.

Feel the bed beneath you.

Feel the weight of your body.

Feel the room around you.

Let your fingers move a little.

Let your toes move a little.

There's no rush.

Just a gentle return.

Take a deep breath.

Breathe in the new day.

Full of possibilities.

Full of hope.

Full of calm.

Now,

Take your time.

If you can,

Drink some water.

And carry the calm with you.

If you want to return,

You know where to find me.

I'll be here waiting.

Ready to lead you into another peaceful night's rest.
