Stop everything.
Check in with how your shoulders are feeling.
Do they feel tight?
Do you feel tense?
I'm going to quickly show you a way to relax that tension.
What I'd like you to do is to lock your fingers in this position.
Lock the wrist.
You're not going to keep a floppy.
Put your arm on the opposite shoulder.
And pull down with the elbow so you're pulling down in this position here When you found a spot that feels good,
Drop your ear to the opposite shoulder.
And take a deep breath in.
How does that feel?
Do you feel a release?
And now if it feels right for you,
Drop your nose to your armpit and take another deep breath in.
You can do that as many breaths as you want.
You can relax your hand,
Give your hand a quick shake out and do the other side.
Lock the fingers,
Lock the wrist.
You're going to be pulling down with the elbow.
So you're going this direction.
You're not using your wrist,
Your fingers at all.
Find the top of your shoulder spot that feels good.
Drop your ear to your shoulder and take a deep breath in.
You And now dropping the nose to the armpit and another deep breath.
When you're ready,
Coming slowly up,
Shaking the hands out.
And what you're doing here is you're providing pressure on a body,
But it's your breath that is actually doing the massage.
Your hands are just simply providing a little bit of resistance.
And as you breathe,
The lungs are expanding inside of you.
Contracting and that is what is causing the movement.
So this is a fantastic way to give your neck or to give your shoulders a little bit of a massage without fatiguing the hands.
I hope that this helped.
