In this meditation, you’ll be guided to slow your breath, connect with your body, and feel supported by the ground beneath you. Expect grounding imagery and gentle cues to help you feel steady and present. You’ll be invited to set a simple intention for the day. By the end, you may notice a sense of stability, clarity, and readiness to begin your week.

Good Monday.

We're going to ground and begin this morning.

Find your way to a comfortable seated position.

Let the body settle in.

Let the body arrive.

If it feels safe,

You can begin by softening your eyes.

Take a long,

Slow inhale through the nose.

And a longer,

Slower exhale through the mouth.

Notice as your feet connect with the earth beneath you.

Feel your legs and your hips and the weight of your entire body being supported.

Imagine roots gently growing downward and to the earth beneath you.

This is nothing you have to force.

Just allow yourself to feel supported.

You can begin softly repeating to yourself,

I am here.

I am supported.

I begin again.

I am here.

I am supported.

I begin again.

If you notice an intention beginning to rise,

Allow it to.

Maybe it's ease,

Confidence,

Groundedness,

Or kindness.

Let it land in your body.

Take one final grounding breath in and a slow releasing breath out.

When you're ready,

You can gently begin to open your eyes and step into your new day.
