Welcome to this Rewild with Ali breathwork.
This breathwork is designed to help ease you off into sleep or with anxiety.
So first,
Just find a nice comfortable position that you wish to do the breathe.
I might be lying down or sitting in a really comfortable position.
Where you can just allow all of your muscles,
All of your tension to be free,
To be loose.
So once you've found your position,
I want you to start off by taking a nice big inhale all the way in.
Holding at the top and tensing all your muscles.
And then breathe out.
We're going to do that two more times.
So breathing in all the way.
Hold at the top,
Tense all the muscles,
Tense,
Tense,
Tense.
And release.
And for one final time,
Just to signify to our body that the day is over.
That we are ready to fully relax and rest.
Breathing all the way in.
Hold at the top,
Tense every little muscle you can.
Peace,
Just letting everything fall away.
Just returning back to your natural breathing rhythm.
Feeling every single part of each muscle be totally relaxed.
Totally loose.
Totally free.
And now let's bring our attention to our breath.
Just noticing the flow of the breath.
The feel of the cooler air coming in.
And the warmer air flowing out.
Noticing the depth and the speed of your breath.
Not judging it,
Just noticing it as being there.
And in a moment,
We're going to just invite a bit more breath.
In a more connected way.
We're going to flow in and out without any pauses between breaths.
And the invitation is to just breathe in to the point where you feel fully relaxed.
And full of air.
And then you're going to simply release that air away.
This should feel really easy in terms of effort.
Just finding a natural rhythm for you.
For today's practice.
That might be different to yesterday's and the day before.
But know that just like no day is the same,
We are never going to be the same.
We carry different emotions,
Different experiences,
Different memories from each day.
So therefore the way that you're breathing today is perfect.
Just finding your rhythm,
Your flow.
Breathing in and falling away with the breath.
Much like a swinging pendulum.
As it lifts up,
Swings up.
Bringing all the attention to your breath.
Feeling the swinging and the flowing of the breath take you deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Into softness.
And you're feeling deeply to your core a warm embrace of your breath.
And as we flow deeper,
As we allow ourselves to drift into relaxation,
This track will simply fade away.
