Bring your right hand towards your face and place your index and middle finger together on your forehead,
Pressing the right nostril with your thumb.
Deep inhale through the left nostril.
Close your left nostril with the ring finger,
Open the right nostril,
Exhale fully.
Keeping your left nostril closed,
Inhale through the right.
Go in your own tempo,
Closing the right with your thumb,
Exhale through the left.
Keeping the right nostril closed,
Inhale slowly through the left.
Closing the left with your ring finger,
Exhale through the right.
Deep breath in through the right,
Press with the thumb on the right,
Exhale through the left.
Inhaling through the left,
Close your left nostril and exhaling through the right.
Deep breath in through the right,
Closing the right,
Exhale through the left.
So now let's welcome your intention,
Small seed that can rewrite disempowering beliefs and propel us in the desired direction.

And with all the attention that you can gather in this moment,
Repeat it to yourself 3 times.
And then slowly start softening the forehead,
Cheeks,
Jaw and then sensing the tip of your tongue,
The root of the tongue and the roof of the mouth.
Feeling all the sensations inside your mouth,
Sensing your upper lip,
Bit of the throat,
Center of the chest.
Then include your whole right leg into your awareness.
Feel your ring finger,
Sense your whole left arm and climb the vertebrae with your attention all the way up to the space between your lips,
Whole torso,
Head and imagine yourself hopping on a softest,
Puffiest pink cloud that fully supports you as you lie down on it and as you're slowly starting to float up.
It occurs to you that the weather is absolutely delightful,
It is springtime,
Your clothes are loose-fitting,
The sun that's joyfully shining feels like it's smiling to you and you're soaking in its warmth.
Feeling at ease,
Almost weightless,
Gently floating on your pink cloud and you give in fully to the sensation of a light breeze cooling your bare feet.
Can you imagine sensation vividly?
And as the light breeze brushes your cheeks,
You notice a certain humidity in the air.
And as you're slurping that freshness with your whole body,
You instantly feel invigorated.
Nature's vitality ripples through your whole body,
Still drifting on your pink cloud,
Feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin and that delicate breeze all over your body.
Take a moment to pond need a creative insight on or a different perspective.
The project of yours or a situation in life.
Can a potential obstacle be seen differently?
Maybe a mistake is not a mistake,
But simply an invitation to do things differently.
Enlarging frames and boundaries firmly set by your conscious mind.
Perhaps an obstacle is something to be grateful for.
And regardless of the area in your waking life you need more energy for,
I invite you to choose to reward your effort by saying something like this.
Even though this effort feels hard,
I am on the right path.
I can find ways to enjoy my work.
Or even though this effort feels hard,
Step by step I progress and grow.
And that will enable you to buffer your hard effort.
It will give you energy at times when you might think of quitting.
We'll round this practice by repeating your intention from the beginning.
