This meditation invites you to come home to your heart. Allow yourself to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner world. As you anchor into your breath, you’ll begin to feel more grounded and present within your body. Each inhale draws you deeper into the moment, and each exhale releases what no longer serves you. Allow your heart to open fully, and let time gently fade away as you rest in stillness.

Find yourself a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down,

Whatever may feel best for you and your body in this moment.

Let's take this time to come home together,

To come home to your heart,

Your true home.

Let your shoulders soften,

Let's close the eyes.

Take a slow deep breath in,

Just let it go when it's ready,

Allowing your body to breathe in its natural rhythm.

Place one hand over your heart,

Start to turn inward,

Noticing the sensations of your heartbeat,

Noticing the sound of your breath.

Notice the temperature in the room.

Start to become present in this moment.

Know that your body is supported by the ground beneath you and your breath is your anchor.

Your breath is keeping you here,

Keeping you alive,

Keeping your heart beating.

Just start to notice the breath,

Observing it.

What are you noticing at your heart?

What sensations are there?

Maybe you're experiencing warmth or tingling,

Maybe openness,

Or maybe you sense tightness.

Just observe without any judgment.

Start to breathe into your heart as if your breath is flowing directly in and out of this space.

Let the breath be slow and effortless.

Start to notice what's coming up for you.

You may have thoughts,

Emotions,

Or images may arise.

Let them pass through while you stay anchored in your heart.

Now begin to invite in the feeling of appreciation.

Think of something or someone you are truly grateful for.

This can be anything,

A person,

A pet,

A special place that you love to go,

Maybe a memory.

Or even a small,

Simple joy.

Allow the gratitude to well up in your heart.

Let it expand and fill your chest.

With this gratitude,

Allow a sense of love and compassion to naturally grow.

Love for yourself,

For who you are at your core and in your soul.

Love for yourself as a sovereign being on their own path.

Send kindness towards yourself for everything.

Appreciate your journey,

Your path,

Your resilience,

And simply your being.

Start to imagine this same love now radiating outward,

Touching the people that you care about.

Your community.

Let it extend as far as it wants to go.

Know that it's endless and boundless,

Just like you are.

Let your heart shine with compassion and kindness for yourself and for others.

From this space of appreciation and love,

Start to invite guidance and ask for wisdom,

Maybe clarity.

Ask from a place of not needing to know an answer.

Simply pose the question,

What do I need to know?

What is my next step?

And then lovingly release it,

Trusting that in time,

What needs to be known will make itself clear.

For now,

Rest in the openness of you simply asking this question.

Spend a few more deep breaths here.

Inhaling into the nose,

Breathing into the bottom of the lungs.

Exhaling,

Releasing the air.

Keep your awareness on your breath.

Feel the air moving in and out of your body,

Anchoring you into this moment.

Start to notice how your heart feels now compared to when you began.

Whether it feels softer,

Lighter,

More present and more aware.

So get all in and give yourself the permission to stay in this state.

Knowing that having an open heart is what creates a beautiful life.

When you're ready,

You can gently turn your head slowly left to right.

Maybe softly blinking your eyes open,

Bringing some subtle movement back into your body.

And as you open your eyes,

Carry with you this sense of warmth,

Compassion and trust.

Knowing that your heart is always here to guide you.

It is always available to you as a place of wisdom and peace.

When you are ready,

I welcome you back and renewed.
