
Heart-Brain Coherence: Planting New Seeds

Heart-brain coherence is a state where your heart rhythm and brainwaves come into sync, which soothes the nervous system and helps your mind become more open to new ideas. After about 10 minutes of creating coherence, your brain and body will be in the ideal receptive state to plant new seeds of transformation. Perhaps you’d like to see yourself feeling abundant, confident, or in a loving relationship. Your inner child is often at the root of these challenges, and you may choose to include them in the visualization during the final minutes of this meditation. Pairing vivid imagery with the elevated emotions of how good it feels to live that new experience, while in a state of coherence, is a powerful, loving way to rewire old patterns and create lasting change.
