Hello and welcome.

Let's take a moment to address and ease the grip of fear within ourselves.

I'd like you to find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or laying down.

And gently begin to close your eyes.

And bring your attention to your breath.

Inhale deeply,

Feeling your belly,

Chest,

And head.

Hold for just a second at the top.

And exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension.

Again,

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

Filling the belly,

Chest,

And head.

Hold and release.

Breathe deep into the belly,

Chest,

And head.

Hold and release.

As you breathe,

Begin to acknowledge the presence of fear within you.

Allow it to surface without judgment or resistance.

Now visualize a warm,

Comforting white light surrounding you,

Creating a protective cocoon.

With each breath,

Feel this light expanding,

Pushing back against the shadows of fear.

Now picture the fear dissipating like mist in the sunlight.

As you continue to breathe through the nose,

With each inhale,

Pull that magical white light up from your toes all the way up into and out of your crown chakra.

And with each exhale,

Imagine a dark cloud of smoke leaving your body through the belly.

That dark smoke represents the fear that you have been holding.

It is ready to be released.

Inhale the white light and exhale the dark smoke.

Inhale the white light.

Let it spread through every cell of your body,

Clearing any fear that no longer serves you.

And exhale the dark smoke,

Breathing in the white light and exhale the dark smoke.

Take another deep breath in through the nose,

Filling the whole body with this wonderful white light.

And exhale all fear.

Now that we are a clear channel,

Free of fear,

I want you to now imagine a serene and safe space.

It could be a calming beach,

A peaceful forest,

Or any place where you feel secure.

Envision yourself standing in this space,

Surrounded by peace.

Take a moment to recognize that fear is a natural part of being human.

Offer yourself compassion,

Acknowledging that it's okay to feel fear,

But it doesn't define you.

As you stand in this beautiful space,

Breathe in courage and strength.

As you exhale,

Release the grip of fear.

Remember,

This beautiful space is available to you at any time.

Whenever you are experiencing any fear,

Just take a deep breath and come back.

As we release the control that fear has on us,

We are more capable of being who we truly are.

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

Hold and sigh it out.

Take a deep breath in,

Filling the belly,

Chest and head.

Hold and sigh it out.

Now connecting to ourselves and with the earth,

I want you to sense the support of the ground.

Notice where your body meets the ground,

Connecting you to this present moment.

With each breath,

Reaffirm your resilience and ability to face challenges.

And when you're ready,

Bring your attention to your heart.

I invite you to breathe into this space full and deep and expand.

Now gently open your eyes,

Bringing the peace of this meditation into the rest of your day.

Remember that you have the power to navigate through fear,

Finding strength in your breath and within yourself.

Namaste.
