Today's meditation intent is to deepen our visualization practice to tap into our reservoirs of resilience and anti-fragility.

At the end it would be good if you had a journal nearby to write down any thoughts feelings that arise during your practice.

Find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling your chest and belly rise and hold,

And then exhale slowly through your mouth and repeat.

Continue this breath,

Allowing each breath to ground you more deeply into the present moment.

Deep breath in through your nose,

Feel your chest and belly rise,

Hold,

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let your mind drift to a time when you were faced with a significant challenge or obstacle.

Begin to visualize this scene with as much detail as possible.

Your surroundings,

The sounds,

Who are you with,

And most importantly how you felt in that moment.

Recall the uncertainty,

The struggle,

The fear,

The anxiety,

The emotional turmoil that you experienced.

Continue breathing as you immerse yourself in this memory.

Shift your focus to the moment of overcoming.

You got on to the other side.

Envision the actions you took,

The process you went through to get to the decisions you made,

And the support that you received.

Feel the surge of strength,

Relief,

And triumph as you navigated through this challenge.

Breathing the strength and relief in,

Hold,

Let it go,

Allowing yourself to experience the emotions of that victory,

The pride,

The joy,

The gratitude,

And maybe even your surprise at your own strength and resilience.

And continue your breath in through your nose,

Deeply,

Hold,

Embodying these emotions of championship,

Triumph,

And victory.

Slowly breathe out your mouth and continue this breath.

With this memory in mind,

Begin to acknowledge these emotions and feelings you experienced.

Recognize the resilience it took to overcome the obstacle or the challenge,

And the growth that resulted from it.

Recognize this new version of you,

Who you became on the other side of the obstacle and challenge.

Embrace the realization and recognize the strength within you,

Ready to be called upon whenever you face adversity,

And knowing that a better version of you will always emerge on the other side.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose,

Hold,

And slowly out through the mouth.

Just continue this breath,

Holding on to the emotions and lessons from your visualization.

I want you to affirm,

I am resilient.

I have faced challenges before and emerged stronger.

I possess the strength,

Wisdom,

And courage to overcome any obstacle that comes my way.

I am resilient.

I have faced challenges before and emerged stronger.

I possess the strength,

Wisdom,

And courage to overcome any obstacle that comes my way.

I am resilient.

I have faced challenges before and emerged stronger.

I possess the strength,

Wisdom,

And courage to overcome any obstacle that comes my way.

Let's take a deep breath in through the nose,

Hold,

Slowly release through the mouth.

Continue with that breath.

Let's take some time to reflect on gratitude.

Think about the lessons learned,

The strength gained,

And the personal growth experienced through overcoming challenges.

Acknowledge the support and resources that helped you along the way,

And your own personal tenacity and stamina,

And express gratitude for them.

Envisioning each and every one and saying,

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Do your breath work.

Deep breath in through the nose,

Hold,

And release slowly through your mouth.

Just continue that while you're doing some gratitude.

Acknowledging all that got you over these obstacles and challenges.

And let's just spread our gratitude out to the challenges and obstacles that we are facing now.

And let's say thank you for overcoming these.

We know we are overcoming these.

We are open to receive from the universe who's going to guide us and support us every step of the way.

Let's envision these challenges and obstacles and say thank you.

So we our body is in the space of already receiving because we already have everything we need to overcome.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Just do 10 more deep breaths in through the nose,

Hold,

And out through the mouth.

And this concludes our emotional and reflective exercise.

I invite you to share any journeys you've gained about your own resilience and anti-fragility and growth in your journal.

Thank you everybody for being here with me today.

Blessings.

Sat Naam.

And so it is.
