Zoya is thrilled to offer meditation practices developed through her study of mindfulness. Through her work as a Mindfulness Fellow, her empathy training, and her major in Contemplative Studies (Psychology, Philosophy, and Religion) she has gained the skills to lead others in a journey of breath, self-compassion, and relaxation. In addition, Zoya completed her 200-hour Yoga Certification through the University of Washington’s RYS Yoga Alliance program.
