Welcome to a Breathing Meditation for the Sacral Chakra by Planet and Peace of Mind.

Thank you for being here.

Get comfortable.

If you're lying down,

Allow your entire body to relax as you find a comfortable position.

If you choose to remain sitting,

Allow your hands to be relaxed in your lap or at your sides,

Whatever feels best for you.

Go ahead and allow your eyes to close.

This time is just for you,

So leave all your worries behind as you float into relaxation in the flow of the moment.

Whatever comes easily is exactly where you should be.

There is only right here,

Right now.

The future and the past do not exist in this moment.

Allow yourself to notice any sounds you may hear outside of the room you're in.

Acknowledge the sounds,

And then let them fade away.

Notice any sounds inside the room you're in,

And again,

Notice and acknowledge them,

But let them fall away.

Send a message to your body to find relaxation.

Begin to let your feet and your legs soften,

Resting into the floor beneath you.

Release any tension you may be holding in your shoulders as you allow your hands to relax comfortably on the ground,

In your lap,

Or by your sides.

Allow your entire body to feel as though it's melting into the ground beneath you,

Or into the back of the chair behind you.

Relax into a natural position.

Focus towards your head and your face.

Begin to relax every muscle from your cheeks to your forehead,

Between the eyebrows,

Letting go of the scalp and each hair,

The tension melting away.

Relaxing your ears,

Your jaw,

Chin,

Nose.

Everything is soft and relaxed.

Take a cleansing breath in.

And as you exhale,

Breathe out any lingering,

Remaining tension in your body.

Allow your breath to find its own comfortable and natural rhythm.

Don't try to control or force anything.

Breathe as naturally as the inhale and the exhales come.

Take this time to observe as you breathe in relaxation and exhale all tension.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Observe the natural rhythm of your breath.

If any thoughts begin to intrude your mind,

Allow them to flow on past and return your attention back to your breathing.

Allow the thought to come into the present and pass you by.

Do not let it linger.

Focusing,

Breathing in,

Focusing,

And breathing out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Bring your attention to your abdomen.

Imagine a lovely little orange light there.

It's glowing and swirling around,

Spiraling as it goes.

Notice how it feels and how it looks.

It's a bright orange,

Gently spiraling light.

Observe this light.

See how it's operating,

How it's moving.

Do you feel any tingling or movement or sensation?

As you're observing this light,

Are there any thoughts that are popping into your head?

As you observe it swirling and spiraling,

How fast is it moving?

Does it feel fast,

Slow,

Or at a steady,

Consistent pace?

Is it a small light or a large light?

Can you see other colors in your mind's eye?

Bring your attention back to your breathing.

Focusing back on breathing in,

Relaxation,

And breathing out,

Tension.

Breathing in,

Relaxation,

And breathing out,

Tension.

As you inhale,

Imagine drawing in this orange light into your abdomen,

Filling your sacral chakra.

You're breathing in vibrant orange light.

You feel its warmth radiating through the rest of your body,

Filling you with a warm orange glow.

The light spreads through your body from your abdomen out towards your stretched out fingers and toes.

With every inhale,

You allow the light to move further through your body,

Further outwards.

Breathing in,

Orange light.

Breathing out,

Tension.

With each breath,

This orange light generates fulfillment,

Inspires creativity,

Draws in more happiness for you.

As you breathe out,

You let the orange light take any toxins,

Blockages,

Writer's block,

Loss of creativity,

All of them flow from your body.

You inhale brightness,

Warmth,

Rejuvenation,

And exhale anything stale that's no longer serving you.

Continue breathing in and breathing out.

Let the orange light fill you as it spreads through your toes,

Across and up through your chest,

Spreading out into your full body and all of your other chakras.

You feel the warm embrace of the orange glow as it spins and envelops you in a warm hug.

Tell your body and your mind and your spirit that you are fulfilled.

You know you're creative.

You know you can bring into vision anything you imagine.

You can create anything that your heart desires.

Breathing in joy.

Breathing out tension.

Breathing in creativity.

Breathing out disappointment.

Bringing in confidence.

Putting out fear.

Breathing in joy.

Breathing out tension.

Bring your attention back to your abdomen,

Back to the center swirling orange light at the sacral chakra.

You see its warm orange pulsating light swirling gently.

Visualize it getting smaller,

Reducing the light back down to its core.

Just a small,

Glowing,

Steady light back down to its regular size,

Its regular function.

Repeat to yourself,

My sacral chakra is working at a normal function.

Repeat to yourself,

I am creative.

I am happy.

I am fulfilled.

And I can create anything I desire.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

Bring your awareness back to the flow of your breathing.

In and out.

In and out.

Observe how the breath is nice and cool with each inhale.

Filling your lungs,

Filling your abdomen.

As you inhale,

Feel your abdomen expand with the breath.

And lower as you exhale.

Become fully aware of your body.

Feel the sensation of the floor underneath you or the chair behind you.

Each inhale,

Your body presses against the surface it lies on as the abdomen expands.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

Slowly begin to wiggle your fingers.

And wiggle the toes.

Give your shoulders a small shrug up.

And then exhale,

Release the shoulders down.

You can take both of your hands and place them on your abdomen.

Feeling the expansion of each breath in and each breath out.

Let yourself become aware of the room again and all of the sounds close by.

Stay aware of the small,

Warm,

Glowing orange light that lives within your abdomen.

Return to it each time you're in need of creativity,

Joy,

Fulfillment,

Or happiness.

When you feel ready,

You can begin to flutter the eyes open.
