Soujoud Sarah Khamassi

Sarah Khamassi is a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher trained at Brown University and a facilitator of contemplative practices rooted in embodied awareness and inquiry. Her work bridges mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and everyday life, supporting participants in cultivating clarity, resilience, and emotional balance. With a background in strategic consulting and digital transformation, Sarah understands the pressures of high-responsibility environments. Her teaching is informed by lived experience of chronic stress and recovery, which brings depth, precision, and authenticity to her approach. She creates structured yet compassionate spaces where participants can explore attention, reactivity, and self-compassion in a grounded way. Sarah offers guided meditations, MBSR programs, retreats, and mindfulness-based workshops for individuals and organizations. Her approach emphasizes experiential learning, gentle discipline, and the integration of practice into daily life. She is particularly interested in the intersection between mindfulness, creativity, and ethical leadership. Her intention is to make mindfulness accessible, rigorous, and transformative—supporting people not in escaping their lives, but in inhabiting them more fully.
