This is the last TFT session.
This one is specifically for pain If you have not heard any of the other sessions,
I do invite you to check them out There is a session on depression one on anxiety one for fears or phobias and one for anger All of them are slightly different But the basics is thought field therapy and it uses some of the tapping points that are similar to EFT Which is emotional freedom technique.
Those techniques are slightly different The techniques for physical pain has two specific Tapping points that we start off with and we're going to tap here for a count of 50 the gamut point is a point at the base of all of your hand in between the pinky finger and the Index finger or ring finger and you're going to tap At that point in between those two fingers for a count of 50 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 39 40 41 42 43 44 45 46 47 48 49 50 tap five times at the collarbone 1 2 3 4 5 Take in a deep slow breath and Notice,
Where is your pain right now on a pain scale from 0 to 10?
Ideally you would measure this before we started the series and Continue to measure it until you bring it down to a 4 for us to start the actual DFT points and eye movements your pain needs to be down to a 4 It is a very effective strategy I've used it many times for the different emotions and also for physical pain and I want you to notice where you're at.
Now if it is still above a 4 we're gonna continue this two more times And if you feel like you haven't gotten down to a 4 just keep rewinding Until you bring it down to a 4 before moving on to the next section We're gonna count again and tap at the gamut point for 50 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 39 40 41 42 43 44 45 46 47 48 49 50 tapping at the collarbone for 1 2 3 4 5 Taking a deep slow breath Exhale and notice where you're at if You are down to a 4 you can stop or do it one more cycle.
It's not gonna hurt and another count of 50 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 1 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 39 40 41 42 43 44 45 46 47 48 49 and 50 Tapping at the collarbone 1 2 3 4 5 Taking a deep little breath Exhale and notice where your pain is your pain is down to a 4 You're gonna continue with me on this sequence if it's still above You're gonna continue tapping until you bring it down to a 4.
So go ahead and rewind To get back to this point.
Now.
We're gonna continue tapping at the gamut point We're gonna move into some eye movements first off You close your eyes as you tap and open your eyes and we're gonna look up into the center down to the left Up into the center down to the right Up into the center down to the left up into the center down to the right up into the center down to the left And to the center down to the right Now we're going to do three circular motions to the left for one two,
Three Three circular motions to the right for one two,
Three Now you're gonna hum as you tap the birthday song Mm-hmm We're gonna count for one two,
Three,
Four five and down for five four Three two one always tapping humming again Mm-hmm Now taking a deep slow breath and notice where you're at on that scale again from zero to ten,
Where is your symptom and if it is being low a Four we want to continue to do it one more time to get it down to a zero or a one Once it's down to a zero or a one you can end the sequence So let's go ahead and begin tapping again.
Close your eyes Open your eyes Up into the center down to the left up into the center down to the right Up into the center down to the left Up into the center down to the right Up into the center down to the left Up into the center down to the right now three circular motions to the left for one two,
And three Three circular motions to the right for one two,
And three and hum Mm-hmm One two,
Three,
Four five five four three two one and hum Since this is the closing sequence We're going to keep tapping for a count of 50 and then do the collarbone and one last session to end One two,

Four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve thirteen fourteen fifteen sixteen seventeen eighteen nineteen twenty twenty-one twenty-two twenty-three twenty-four twenty-five twenty-six twenty-seven twenty-eight twenty-nine thirty thirty-one thirty-two thirty-three thirty-four thirty-five thirty-six thirty-seven thirty-eight thirty-nine forty forty-one forty-two forty-three forty-four forty-five forty-six forty-seven forty-eight forty-nine and fifty Now tap at the collarbone for a count of five one Three four five and now to conclude the sequence if you are down to a zero or one You would conclude it now with this last movement.
If not,
Go back to it one more time We're gonna look down at the floor and slowly like a turtle move our eyes upward All the way to the center of our foreheads looking at the ceiling taking a deep slow breath And that ends the session.
