This unique meditation combines a stress relief session and Chakra balancing Meditation. TFT or Thought Field Therapy combines eye movements, tapping and vocalizations to release stress. Some of the tapping points are similar to EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) but TFT targets specific emotions or symptoms. This meditation focuses on Anxiety to decrease stress levels. The TFT session can also reduce symptoms of Fear or Phobias. There are other sessions for Anger, Pain, Fatigue and Depression. The Chakra balancing sequence builds upon the eye movements in the TFT session to infuse healing colors into each chakra. And a guided visualization helps you anchor in your healing session keeping you balanced, calm and peaceful for your day.
