I invite you to close your eyes and relax.

Allow the sound of my voice and any noises that may arise to help you sink even deeper.

We're accessing a state of mind over matter and releasing any stress and tension that doesn't serve you.

I invite you to imagine that there's an imaginary triangle at the top of your head and it forms with a yellow light as you breathe in through the right nostril out the left.

Breathe in through the left nostril out the right.

Continuing to form this triangle of clarity in the center of your forehead.

And I invite you to notice or sense any sensations or tinglings that may be happening in your sinuses and your forehead as you release stress and tension,

As your mind clears and you let go.

Allowing peace,

Calm and tranquility to enter your mind and opening up space for you to see the blessings amidst the chaos.

I invite you to notice how relaxed you feel just focusing on your breath.

Feeling completely peaceful and calm.

And notice how easy it is to access the state of mind over matter.

And this simple practice is helping you calm your nervous system and boost your immune system.

I invite you to notice now.

Imagine that you are in a center of a green grassy field surrounded by bright yellow flowers.

The sun is beaming upon your head.

You feel completely relaxed,

Peaceful and tranquil.

I invite you to imagine or sense that the sunlight is beaming down your head and allow the sunlight to travel through your body,

Clearing out anything that doesn't serve you,

Helping your muscles relax and let go,

Helping you access a deeper state of mind over matter.

So now as I count down from 11 to 1,

I want you to notice,

Sense,

Visualize and imagine your muscles relaxing,

Maybe even little tingling sensations in your body as you let go and sink deeper.

8,

7,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

And 1.

You have reached a deeper state of relaxation.

Feeling completely relaxed and peaceful.

I invite you to notice sensations of tingling and healing and calm throughout your body,

From the crown of your head to your neck,

Your back,

Your chest,

Your abdomen,

Your pelvis,

Your legs,

Your feet.

Feeling completely peaceful,

Calm and relaxed.

Notice that your muscles are loose,

Limber and relaxed.

This simple practice has helped calm your nervous system and boost your immune system.

But just to take it into a deeper state of orgasmic meditation,

We're going to bring in the senses of taste and smell.

So I invite you to imagine that you smell the scent of sweet lemon in the air.

Allow it to take you deeper into relaxation.

And I invite you to imagine that you taste sweet lemon on your tongue.

Maybe it's from sweet lemonade and it helps you relax even deeper.

And I invite you to notice how this blend of sweet and sour on your tongue helps you let go of stress easily.

And I invite you to notice that this is the perfect mix of sweet and sour.

And this helps you notice that life sometimes is mixed with sweet and sour.

This helps you recognize that there is sweetness in the bitterness.

That you can find blessings amidst the chaos.

If you allow and choose to connect with love,

Peace and calm,

Everything becomes a little easier.

So I invite you to notice now at the center of your heart,

A yellow light is forming.

You feel completely calm,

Peaceful and relaxed.

And we're just going to anchor in the relaxation with gratitude.

So I want you to imagine,

Sense or visualize someone you are grateful for.

Notice a smile on your face and feel a smile on your body.

And I want you to allow this sweet and savory lemon flavor and the color yellow to expand around you as you imagine yourself with this person that brings you great gratitude.

Allow it to expand all around you and feel how you're protected in this bubble of light.

Golden yellow light.

Feeling in completely relaxed and peaceful and grateful in this moment.

This is your orgasmic anchor.

And I want you to recognize that this yellow bubble is always around you.

And I want you to notice,

Sense or visualize the healing sensations traveling throughout your body as you're protected in this bubble.

But just to anchor in everything that we have done here today a little further with the color yellow,

I want you to imagine that you are putting on a yellow suit of armor.

It has a zipper in the front.

And as I count down now from 11 to one,

You are zipping up the zipper,

Anchoring in your inner strength,

Anchoring in your peace and calm,

Anchoring in your power to access mind over matter.

You have done an amazing job here today.

This simple practice has helped you access a deep state of relaxation,

Calming your nervous system and boosting your immune system.

And you can access this state anytime you choose.

So now as I count up to five,

You will awaken,

Taking all of these energies and sensations with you.

One,

You're completely relaxed.

Two,

You're peaceful and calm.

Three,

You let go of stress easily.

Four,

This triangle remains with you.

And five,

You can awaken.
