Welcome my friends,
You're tuned in to OMHAIKU.
I'm your host MAMUN,
Back with another music meditation,
Just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just for you.
If you've been stressed out,
Worried about the future,
Depressed about the past,
Experiencing loneliness,
Regret,
Addictions,
Limitations,
Lack,
Scarcity,
Feeling misunderstood,
Unmotivated,
Feeling like nobody cares,
Feeling fed up with your own thoughts,
Storylines,
Emotions,
Sensations,
And perhaps even joys,
Loving,
Peaceful,
Playful,
Grateful,
Celebratory,
Or somewhere in between,
Whatsoever you feel,
Reminding you that you're not alone,
That millions if not billions of people can relate,
In some way or another,
To the same anxieties,
Same hopes,
The same anger,
The same insecurities,
And the same joys.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust in the unfolding of our life.
It's not easy to trust life,
But nevertheless,
We try.
That being said,
My friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sad,
Bringing more awareness to your posture,
To your surroundings,
To the temperature,
To the sensation of touch,
To the sound of my voice and this music.
You're safe to close the eyes,
Tuning deeper inside,
Witnessing and welcoming the mind,
Breathing in new life,
New energy,
And exhale old life,
Old energy,
Slowly relaxing the face,
Dropping the shoulders away from the ears,
Relaxing the hands and feet,
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you as you breathe in.
Breathe in,
Exhale,
Letting go of fear,
Letting go of worries as you breathe in faith in yourself.
And exhale,
Faith in others.
And exhale,
Letting go of some doubt.
Breathing in strength.
And exhale,
Letting go of scarcity.
Breathing in slower and softer.
Relaxing the belly,
Looking in,
Breathing in and out,
Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside,
Like an old friend.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
And coming back into the body,
Coming back into this moment,
Unlike any other moment that's been before,
Feeling the uniqueness,
The aliveness of this moment as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
The color for today is black.
The number is 750.
And the animal is a panda bear.

Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness,
Feeling yourself abundant,
Prosperous,
Not just in a material sense,
But the qualities that you already have,
The gifts that you have,
The ideas,
The dreams,
All that that's intangible,
Recognizing the value of that,
Not forgetting about that,
Watering your seeds,
Making sure they're getting sunlight in the proper soil,
And trusting that you take care of that.
There will be flowers that blossom.
That's when I talk about trust in these meditations.
It's kind of like that,
Being a gardener of these inner qualities or these outer goals that we have by watering the seeds,
Making sure they get sunlight in the right soil.
Speaking metaphorically,
Then you trust in nature,
You trust in the rest.
And with that,
