Welcome my friend,

You're tuned in to channel OMHAIKU,

I'm your host MAMUN,

Back with another music meditation just for you.

If you've been feeling stressed out,

Anxious,

Depressed,

Angry,

Lonely,

Tired,

Restless,

Unmotivated,

Confused,

Overwhelmed,

Underwhelmed,

Know that you're not alone,

We're gonna take some deep breaths and see if we can come back home to our awareness,

To the love that's just underneath the worries,

The feelings of lack and limitation,

Going underneath feelings of resistance into a part of ourself that is already enough,

Reminding you that you are enough already.

We're gonna take some deep breaths now,

So following the guidance of my voice,

Breathing in through the nose,

And exhaling out the mouth,

Breathing in,

Every cell in the body breathing in,

And every cell in the body breathing out,

Breathing into the belly,

And exhale relaxing the belly,

Breathing in love for yourself,

And exhaling love for others,

It's safe to close the eyes,

Tuning deeper inside,

Relaxing the shoulders,

Relaxing your hands and feet,

Taking three inhales through the nose,

And three long exhales out the nose,

Three inhales through the nose,

And three long exhales out the nose,

Three inhales in,

Three inhales through the nose,

And three long exhales out the nose,

And if your mind has been wanting to think,

I want you to let your mind be totally free to think,

Taking a breath in through the nose,

Holding the breath at the top,

And exhale out the mouth,

Taking a deep breath in,

And a deep breath out,

Breathing in,

Breathing in through the nose,

You're safe to close the eyes,

Looking in,

Feeling negativity,

Leave the mind,

Leave the body,

Feeling insecurities,

Leave the mind,

Leave the body,

As you come back to trust,

Life is more beautiful when we have an open mind,

An open heart,

Open perspectives,

When we close,

It's when we can feel a lot of pain,

Just closing our mind,

Closing our heart,

Being close to options,

Being close to new possibilities,

We suffer,

Being close to love,

Being close to friendship,

Being close to creativity,

We suffer,

So remember to open today,

Be open,

Are you ready for it,

The animal for today is an elk,
