Welcome my friend,

Just for you if you've been feeling stressed,

Whatsoever you feel in this moment is a-okay,

Take some deep breaths and see if you can come back to trust in the unfolding of life.

Become aware of your posture,

Aware of how you're sat.

You can gently close the eyes,

Tuning deeper inside.

Welcoming your mind as it is.

And exhale,

Letting go of self-doubt.

Letting go of shame.

As you breathe in,

Compassion.

And exhale,

Letting go of anger.

I want you to visualize somebody you've been struggling with.

To picture that person happy,

Joyful.

Breathing in this moment.

Taking a deep breath in.

Holding the breath at the top.

Holding the breath at the top.

And for a few moments,

Bringing all the attention in words.

Witnessing and welcoming yourself.

Very gently.

Very lovingly.

And exhale,

Let go.

If your mind has been wanting to think,

Now is the time to let your mind think.

Coming back into your body,

Aware of your posture,

Aware of how you're sat.

As you take a deep breath in,

And a deep breath out.

And a deep breath in,

And a deep breath out.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Breathing in,

And exhale.

Breathing into the belly.

And exhale,

Relaxing the belly.

Relaxing the shoulders,

Relaxing the hands,

The feet,

Relaxing the face.

Relaxing the jaw muscle,

The eyes,

As you look in.

Opening the heart.

When times are tough and it's difficult to know which direction to go in,

Be sure to also ask the heart,

Because the mind is always going to have some ideas.

Of course,

The mind has so many ideas,

But the heart also has some ideas,

Some perspectives,

Some insights.

So listen to the heart.

Taking a deep breath in.

The color for today is orange,

The number is 45,

And the animal is a hyena.

I thank you for joining me across time and space.

I'm sending you a big hug,

My dear friend.

Wishing you an abundance of love,

An abundance of resourcefulness,

Creativity,

An abundance of consciousness.

May we enjoy this phase,

Experience some inner space,

The feeling of faith.

May we live to see another day full of trust.

And with that,

I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
