In moments of distraction, confusion, anger, or self-doubt, it's easy to become entangled in a self-limiting storyline. This meditation invites you to gently return to the present, not by pushing feelings away, but by witnessing & welcoming them with awareness. Featuring the soothing tones of the handpan, this sound meditation offers a grounding space to sit with your emotions without becoming them. Let the music & breath guide you back to your center: laugh, let go, and enjoy the present. Perfect for starting or ending your day with a sense of calm, trust & presence.

Hands,

Feeling the palms of your hands open,

Receptive,

Feeling your hands like extensions of your heart,

Which they are,

Are extensions of your heart.

So opening the hands,

Feeling the hands warm,

Receptive,

Feeling your heart open,

Warm,

Receptive,

Coming back to self love as you breathe in and exhale love for others.

Breathing in trust,

Holding that trust inside,

Holding that breath at the top,

Becoming aware and exhale,

Let go,

Way to stay with it my friend.

So happy you joined me today,

Despite challenges,

Setbacks,

Distractions,

Life isn't easy,

But it's beautiful when we live it out to the beauty inside of yourself,

Letting go of the inner criticism,

The meanness,

The comparison,

The jealousy,

And feeling the beauty that's already inside you.

So take a deep breath in,

Opening the chest,

Opening the mind to more possibilities,

Opportunities,

Creativity as you breathe in and breathe out.

The color for today is white,

The number is 15,

000,

And the animal,

I thank you for joining me across time and space,

Sending you a big hug,

My dear friend,

Wishing you an abundance of love,

Resourcefulness,

Creativity,

And consciousness,

Being conscious of how we lose awareness.

And even when we lose awareness,

Being conscious of how something is still aware that we've lost our focus,

How is that?

How are we conscious that we've lost focus,

That we've become distracted?

Something must be continuously aware.

How do you know that you are angry and all of a sudden now you're not angry anymore?

Something is aware as the anger is there,

Something is aware as the anger subsides.

Connecting to this continuous awareness and witnessing,

Welcoming all that arises and subsides within that.

And with that,

I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
