Just to soothe,

If you've been feeling stress,

Anger,

Tension,

Feeling depressed,

Ashamed,

Confused,

Insecure,

Bored,

Restless,

Tired,

Feeling self-hate,

Feeling mean inside,

Feeling scarcity inside,

Feeling loneliness inside,

Or perhaps even joyfulness inside.

Whatsoever you feel today,

Know that you're not alone,

Know that millions if not billions of people can relate to the same struggle,

The same anger.

You know all across the world,

Anger is the same emotion,

Sadness,

Anxiety,

It's the same.

We're going to take some deep breaths,

Not for just ourself,

But for all the people around the world who are struggling,

Feeling some insecurity,

We'll also take a deep breath for them.

That being said,

Getting comfortable,

My dear friend,

Becoming aware of your posture,

Aware of how you're sat,

Tuning deeper inside,

Witnessing your inner world,

Welcoming all that you observe,

Inhaling new life,

New energy,

And exhale,

Letting go of pain,

As you breathe in trust,

Letting go of worries about the future,

Letting go of shame about the past,

As you breathe in this moment,

And exhale,

Every cell in the body breathing in,

And every cell breathing out,

Breathing in love for yourself,

Letting go of self-hatred,

To be able to observe it very gently,

To be able to watch and have some space between that anger,

Between that shame and your awareness,

Which is observing that,

It takes some practice and to be honest,

I'm still practicing that awareness,

Falling into compulsive reactions all the time,

All the time,

So just to put that out there for whoever listening to this,

That it's a continuous practice that we come back to,

To forgive when we react and to also watch how that reaction happens,

So that we can bring more understanding to that reaction and eventually respond more consciously,

More lovingly,

With more trust,

And with that,
